This place is not a go to KFC location. They have nothing on stock, and anything else what they have is not fresh! I used to go there often but a few times now I got garbage for my money.Thank you!

This place was definitely short staffed. Two guys working their butts off, skip the dishes tablet constantly going off with new orders, people walking in to order, drive thru lined up…these guys deserve a raise. Poorly managed store, but great staff.

Absolutely wrong choice if order from here. First customer service skills are non existent...was having a problem online , tried calling them to get a working number to help, told me there was no other way, only online help...wrong!, anyways after I found the proper number myself, the order which was thru this restaurant ended up being cold, and soggy...I will definitely be trying another restaurant next time I'm in the mood for chicken..save yourself the headache and stomachache...order elsewhere..And does anyone else miss the whole concept of BIG BOX meal..I think the chickens are more chick's then anything.."".that is a piece compared to a single serve butter portion ...absolutely disgusting

So they have a special on right now. Two chicken snack wraps for $5. I went to the drive-thru tried to order them and they told me you cannot order it at the store. You have to order it through the app only. I told them I don't have a credit card to pay for it through the app and they said sorry that's the only way you can get them. How can you run a business when you alienate certain customers never again will I go to KFC?

The attendant here are so rude and nasty. Gave me a wrong order. I tried to tell them I asked for 3 piece combo and a biscuit the attendant told me to take what he is given me and leave. At a point he slammed the window. Very rude lacks customer etiquette even the supervisor or manager wasn't helpful worst KFC

I ordered chicken combo for 2 and the chicken was to soggy and oily. Worst place ever to eat chicken i has very good expectation from KFC but this store failed my expectation. Worst experience ever !!!

When they made a mistake on a recent drive thru order, they compensated me the next time I went there. Most staff are really friendly and professional so that makes up for the soggy and overpriced food.
Waited for about 5 mins for someone to come to take my order. Was asked what pop I wanted even though there was a self serve machine I was not given the opportunity to use, my fries were cold & so was my sandwich. My daughter's fries were also cold & the chicken had a odd taste to it. This was our 1st time eating at this location & we will not being going back.

They double charged me and then refused to refund the double charge. My chicken sandwich was raw. The chicken was pink and raw. The staff are rude and useless. Don't expect to reach anyone on the phone they never answer.

Kfc chicken is all ways great but every time order out they never give you any hot sauce packets even if you ask for them or if they do give any it's unreasonable portioned 2-4 packets for large portion of food.

It's the worse KFC in Windsor! I placed an order through skip the dishes for a bucket of dark meat. When the bucket arrive, it was all white meat. It's not the first time this happened. The employees are lackadaisical! It's not worth it to get anything there. They should be put out of business.

Yesterday I send my friend to go and suggest but the workers and security was so rude and behaved like they are the owner make sure I will never suggest this restaurant again to none of them . The girl in the drive through was so misbehaving with me and same at Dougall was all different they were so friendly and polite to me .
