I witnessed a situation with a difficult customer while I was enjoying drinks with my boyfriend and Lauren and Danielle handled it with extreme care and professionalism. They took it upon themselves to care for the parties involved and I was very impressed with the way jumped to action. They were capable of deescalating the situation with competency and compassion.
Aside from that - Lauren & Danielle are always a pleasure to be served by.

we ordered drink, but the waitress gave us another drink and got a charge for that as well. After that the waitresses behaviour was also rude with us for not giving a tip while we gave a 20%.

I’ve been coming to Killdeer Restaurant with friends for over 2 years, and every time we end up being served by the same waitress who clearly doesn’t want to serve us. While other staff have been kind and genuine, our experiences with her have been consistently negative.

On our last visit (on July 25th, 2025), she tried to seat us in the worst spot, even though better tables were clearly open and not reserved. We asked for a different spot, and then were left waiting nearly 40 minutes with no service — while at least three waitresses stood around not busy. It felt like we were being deliberately ignored.

As paying customers, this was disappointing and frustrating. Sadly, the way we were treated made us feel singled out — and as brown-skinned customers, we can’t ignore the possibility that bias played a role.

This is not the experience anyone should have when dining out. Management needs to seriously address this behavior.

O' Maggio's has been our place to go for years for the Halibut but the last two times we went was a very poor experience the Halibut was the worst piece of fish I've ever had the service was terrible which usually is very good they couldn't care less will not be returning. Tried discussing this with the waitress and she just wasn't interested to busy on her phone

Very rustic and Irish pub-style feeling. Great drinks on tap, and. Menu you’d expect from compatible pubs.

$38 for fish and chips is .. a lot.
Beer selection bad, almost nothing local, no IPAs.
I like the house pub feel and the food was good, but the prices are nuts for Windsor. Better options in walking distance.
