I ordered by Uber. We buy one food and they should give us two. Unfortunately, despite having called and checked, it was still the kitchen's mistake and a meal was sent. After I called, they didn't do anything

I visited Koi Sushi for the first time, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The server was unfriendly, and her approach was unwelcoming. The sushi itself fell short of my expectations as it didn’t taste as fresh as I had hoped. It wasn’t a good experience and I would not come back

Wife and myself stopped in for lunch. Waitress was a bit put out when we asked for both menu. We decided o the all you can eat menu .
It took a bit to get our order we understand that order is made up when it's ordered but we were only people in restaurant
The tempura vegetables and the tempura onion was very nice the gezo pork was very salty not pleasant.
The bowls of tempura were half filled with fried crumbs giving you impressions of a larger order. .
The sushi was tough, giving impression they had been sitting around for sometime and you had to take it apart as the sea weed was not eatable in it.the chef kept watching us as we had to take the rolls apart.
At 67 dollars plus tip for lunch that was mediocre at best I know we won't be back anytime soon.

Amazing Sushi shop its been a while I havr not been but me and my friend would go there constantly during our school year. It was super refreshing, the all you can eat, the mango sushi and much more. I would highly recommend.

Me and my friend just spent 40 dollars each plus tax for one round of all you can eat sushi at the end of our first round we did not finish 2 pieces as it was DISGUSTING. The waitress did not mention to us beforehand that u had to eat EVERY piece, we are only 14 why would we know that???? She did not give us a chance to finish the two pieces and instead said we can’t order any more and took our plate. The waitress was very rude, didn’t smile and nobody even greeted us or said bye have a nice night. I’m in awe of how a fun sushi date ended…DONT EVER eat all you can eat sushi.

We have ordered sushi from this place multiple times through Uber Eats. Once they just piled and pushed the rolls on top of each other so the last time I ordered I left a note saying please do not do that as the sushi gets smooshed. Uber gave me an update that the restaurant charged me $2 more after ordering which I think is so cheap. I called them and they said it’s because they have to put the rolls in two containers instead of one.
This is terrible customer service. You just lost a regular trying to save $2

Absolutely disgusted by a waitress who works here. Had the audacity to ignore me and only speak to my boyfriend and while talking to him, she was FLIRTING WITH HIM IN FRONT OF MY FACE. I am beyond outraged at how her behaviour was and this was the second time there were problems with this waitress. We went a month ago and she was disrespectful and unprofessional and flat out rude to me and I figured it was just a long day for her but I guess she’s only like that to the women of the men they’re out to dinner with. How disgusting having a waitress flirt with people’s boyfriends. She deserves to be fired. I’ve never had such a horrible interaction with a waitress before and I expect koi to do better!!! We left before we even got our food because of the disrespect and outrageous behaviour of this waitress. (June 24th, 2024)
