Different crab used to make California rolls it's never consistent different every time.. now I just ruined my dinner tonight & wasted $30.. had to spit it out first bite tasted awful. Will find a new place to order from now on. So sad.

Great food and fast service but the sushi chef if not friendly when asked about allergies. Other sushi restaurants are fantastic about answering allergy questions so I'm not sure why attitude was directed at me for asking.

We found services been sloppy and the girls keep sitting on their phoneYou normally bring our girls in there and we pay $5 for all they can eat and we were told that the last two times we went in there it was $5. We win there and we got to charge $12 and they're only four and five years of ageThe question at the girl didn't even care and just walk to the back pretend to talk to someone and came forward and said that's your bill dying in there yesterday and it was $5 so I'm not sure what's going on and we're going before the hours of 3:00 p.m.The owner is great. The food is amazing! As far as the atmosphere. Could use an update but is what it isWe'll keep coming back but they adjust the price. Worth the trip from Chatham every time.Koi has some of the best quality made rolls I've had anywhere from here to Vegas.I love going with people who haven't been to Koi before and watching their eyes go wide when they realize how good the food is.I truly and deeply recommend you try it for yourself and any sushi lover.

We went out as a family to Koi Sushi (5 adults). We purchased all you can eat in which we found that some of the rolls we received were incorrect and other rolls we ordered we never got served. Once we put in a second order, (which we weren't offered, but had to request) the waitstaff did not bring out majority of our order and the rolls that came were 2x the size filled with rice. It was definitely unfortunate to not receive certain rolls as some family members ordered them for themselves not the table.All you can eat also includes Ice cream for dessert, however they were out of all but Green Tea. I tried the Green Tea flavor and wasn't a fan, tastes like Matcha powered.Wish they would have served us properly and the correct rolls.They also have limited space in the restaurant for seating.

it is not all you can eat because, in addition to paying 27.99 for all you can eat, you should pay for the sashimi and some sushi, and they do not have dessert, just ice cream. I would give a score of 10 only for the attendant who was very polite. The ambient could be improved. It is very small. I do not recommend it, and would not return it.

I didn't like everything. The sushi was all salty even without soy sauce. The cola was diluted to the point where you couldn't taste it. Right at the workplace, the sushi workers started arguing with each other and it was very loud. It was also very dirty inside. There is black mold on the ceiling which is dangerous to health, there was a thick layer of dust on the table on the lamp as well as on other interior items.I regret that I left $76 in this place.
