We came to the restaurant with 6:30 reservations for my wife’s birthday. The table beside us a party of 18 was also celebrating a birthday but the kids were running around with balloons and screaming. I guess at that point we should have left but decided to stay. I always thought of this restaurant as fine dining. The bottle of wine we ordered was good but when we ordered a second bottle we were told that they didn’t have any more? Really? When our entrees finally came at 8:25 my brisket special along with my wife’s had cold shrimp. I ask the waiter to feel one so that he would see that it was cold too the touch but he declined. My son’s beef tenderloin was warm at best and was the last plate served? Lost my appetite at that point being so disappointed. We have talked this restaurant up for years what happened? We will never go back we will never give KOMA anything but what it deserves a cold shoulder and bad review.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father and his g/f. A reservation was made for Feb 14 for 5pm. They arrived just a few minutes after. The restaurant was empty. A representative of KOMA asked if they had a reservation. My Dad said yes...gave the last name and time. Couldn't find it. Kept looking and finally found the name and time. They were seated by the door at an empty restaurant and asked if they could move to another table. The server said no. They were on a timed schedule. Again it was asked if they could move to another table in an empty restaurant and again were told no. So they got up and left. Poor service.

I was very much looking forward to having dinner here. We went on January 17. I expected the staff to be dressed more appropriately, food was good but the atmosphere was terrible. It was FREEZING cold most guests were eating with their jackets on! We ordered the winter bites menu at $85/person. We had to order all 3 items immediately which was fine except once we realized there was no heat, they are relying on the heat from their kitchen to warm up the restaurant we really wanted to leave. We had our appetizers at the restaurant and had our entrees and desserts packed to go. I wanted this to be a cute date spot for us but no.

The food was all spicy. The brisket was tough and the ravioli was starchy. Cost is $205 with two apps and two entrees and only water to drink as they don't make frozen cocktails either. I'll never go back, don't recommend this place to
