Ok....ive yet to find a pizza ive liked in windsor until NOW. Toppings are regular but the crust is amazing....and they use a magnificent garlic butter i have to order extra because I love the taste. Nice people who work there..I believe its take out only. Price is regular in comparison. Its just yummy!

I’ll never go here again after being treated so rudely. I called to place a pick up order. I started off by saying “okay so the first pizza is gonna be pepperoni, pineapple, mushrooms” and then the guy tells me my total for the one pizza. I say “oh sorry I’m gonna add a second pizza” and his tone gets AGGRESSIVE and he says “why didn’t you tell me at the start that you were ordering more than one? Now I can to redo the transaction in the computer!!!!”, dude was huffing and puffing when I started off saying “the first pizza” which implies it’s not the only thing in my order. Ok. We pick up the pizzas. Both toppings on both pizzas are wrong. I call back and tell them the toppings are wrong and some are missing so I hear the guy on the phone put the phone down and tell someone else to which I can hear someone loudly say “she’s lying. I made those myself. They have all the toppings she ordered. And then a pause and he says she can come and get new ones”. Again super aggressive and rude tone. Why would I lie? I have no reason to lie dude. I want what I paid for. Disgusting behaviour.

The pizza arrived burnt to a crisp. They argued about it, then said they’d send another pizza. Well they didn’t. My husband had to go down there with the burnt pizza and they finally gave us our money back. Highly unprofessional and we definitely won’t order from these scammers ever again!
Excellent Service. Happy employees! First time trying their pizza. Very impressed! Shredded peperoni and ample toppings! We'll be back!

Krusty's!!! What happened? The last two times we've come in for your slices it's been awful.The first time the slices were significantly smaller and the second time the peperoni pizza looked more like a cheese ( maybe 6 peperoni shreds per slice).
