Very disappointed in how you deal with past customers holding a gift certificate. It was a very generous wedding gift for a couple and when they went to use it were told it was not useable, not useable because the restaurant had been sold.the purchaser was never warned of such sale and now the money spent went up in the air. shame on you La Contessa. You should have shown good customer relations and honoured this certificate or at least give them a discount on the dinner they had already ordered. You have lost several future customers because of this

What I liked: -The place is pleasant, the table setting is good, the tablecloths are very white. -Service is also very good. -food: the portions are large, you can take it with you. The rosemary focaccia was delicious. Plate presentation is good.
What I didn't like: I didn't like the food. Maybe it's my taste and that's how it should be. For me, the fish had no taste, just boiled, without spices, but juicy, not dry. The fish sauce was too sour for me. But it didn't save the taste of the fish. She turned out to be sour with him. The risotto felt like it was overcooked and the asparagus was simply falling apart. Perhaps I was expecting something different, drier rice.

We have been going to this restaurant for many years to celebrate good times with our friends and our personal milestones together. The food is always perfectly prepared, mouthwatering and served with care. The Italian music playing in the background provides an authenticity to the experience. We are heading there next week , in fact, for another celebration
Had their Shrimp Bomba and Sachetti. Both were excellent. Was blown away by the quality of their dishes. Would highly recommend.

My first time here and the atmosphere was elegant and intimate. The restaurant was not busy so we sat at the window. We ordered wine and appetizers and a main course. It was a shrimp appetizer which was really good but the food I found was very Bland. It wasn't really anything that I would go back for. The salmon was a very small portion for an entree. The wine was very good and so was our server. Over all it was a good experince but the entré was disappointing

The portions were too small. You are an Italian restaurant but yet you charge $6 extra for a pasta side The pasta side was a very small portion. Veal scallopini was salty. Everything too expensive. Only 3 tables of customers on a Friday night. I actually left hungry and went home to eat something else. Server rushed our bills too. Will not be back again.
