Visited Windsor and Lagos grill was located just opposite my hotel downtown. Went in to try their Jollof rice with an open mind. I wasn't sure what to expect. To my surprise the jollof rice was well prepared and very tasty. I also tried the suya which wasn't near the original suya taste, but tasted good for what it was. Lawrence and his staff were so welcoming and friendly. Lawrence, who is the owner, was especially attentive to helping us with the menu. He suggested the jerk chicken and jollof fries, which weren’t like anything we’ve ever had. The chicken was so flavorful and melted off the bone. The “Everything Sauce” enhanced the flavor of the chicken annd everything else. We loved it so much, that we went home with a 16oz container.We are leaving Lago’s with full bellies and...
