Iam a chef of 20 years. ordered a burger and fries. Burger was cold. Burger was over cooked bun was cold. Bun was Not toasted and falling apart fries are cold. The chef there should be ashamed for allowed this to even go out to a customer Waitress never even came back and asked if we wanted more drinks or how the food was. And if you’re wondering why I never mentioned this to the server this is why she never came back and also I should never have to mention this Horrible service will never return.

I am not a picky eater, but the chicken and waffles weren't good. The Fried chicken skin wasn't crispy and the waffles didn't seem toasted. The waffles and chicken were seperate and not together. My friend got chicken bites and they said they were okay.

The host acts like he knows what he's doing, but literally just makes it up as he goes. And the manager not only allows it, but defends it. I've never had worse service here than today. I will not be coming back to be treated thusly. The people we talked to in line had nothing nice to say about the host and it seems from other reviews, that it's not an uncommon occurrence. They need to replace the manager and the host any maybe things will flow a bit better.
If you're 1 person, you'll get seated immediately if you're in the basic line. If you're in diamond, you will wait. If you see that the diamond line is long, jump in the basic line, you'll be seated quicker.
Thanks for being a wet blanket on what was supposed to start off a great birthday trip.
The food is overpriced for the size and what it is. The only reason to come here would be for convenience/if you don't want to leave the hotel. Skip if possible.

Last night they forgot TWO elements of my take out order: the ranch sauce which is mandatory to come with the jalapeno poppers, and some extra packets of butter which is a special request I asked for since I do the keto diet. Wow, thanks for caring about my diet. On tonight's order they forgot another element, the mandatory blue cheese dip that comes with the $25 order of one pound of boneless wings. Wow, you know, people use that dip and rely on the orders to be accurate. Last week, they forgot TWO more elements of my take out order. They forgot the steak sauce I asked for as a dip for my $30 steak dinner, and, they forgot the mandatory caesar salad which comes as one of the two sides! Wow, honestly, just wow. I wish I could say I was surprised, but I'm not, as there have been more issues than this.

Calamari was rubbery. There seems to be a problem with the soft drink machine. I ordered a diet pepsi, which was flat, no carbonation. The server replaced it with a 7up, which smelled like a musty basement. I couldn't figure it out. Not a great dining experience 😕

We decided to that it might be nice to grab dinner after work on a Wednesday night before seeing ZZ Top in concert at the Colosseum. Apparently so did everyone else. I thought getting there at 6:00 would be ample time. Boy was I wrong. We stood in line well over an hour waiting to be seated. I was ready to order food through Skip the Dishes. The host was amazing when we finally got to the front of the line. The issue is they seat all the Diamond card holders before anyone else despite being in line forever. It's just frustrating. I'll be sure to eat before attending the upcoming shows.

Driest fried chicken ever. I'm not sure if it was because I had it at 9 pm. Time shouldn't matter but wasn't very hot either. I figured it had been cooked earlier, causing the chicken to be extremely dry. If theccooks can't make fried chicken so it is edible and hot, take it off the menu. Fries were good

Great atmosphere. Service is great. Servers follow up on your meal to make sure everything is going well. First choice to eat at when visiting Ceasers Windsor.
Our server Joe, is beyond professional and attentive to the patrons. He should be teaching classes on the art of waiting on tables. His suggestions on what we ordered were spot on. With exception of the Mediterranean flat bread. Why ruin a good thing. We used to love the previous one with arugula and balsamic reduction, and the size was mush bigger. Whoever makes the decisions in the kitchen has reevaluate their taste buds. This new one was like eating salt on a cracker!

2 pounds of wings was 10 kind bone wings total, there was no way it was even a pound, let alone 2. Waitress acted like she didn't want to be there and could care less about whether we got the actual drinks we ordered. Drinks order, 3 out 7 were wrong, didn't see her again, she didn't check on the table, then didn't say she left. 2nd waitress was great and friendly but by the time she came to our table to cover, we were all ready to leave.

Food is well below par. Especially for a casino. No complaints with service but food is McDonald's quality at best. We ordered the Reuben and a burger with poutine. Poutine was cold and the rest was super dry. Absolutely terrible quality. Never again. You can't charge high end prices and serve sub par food. This place is a joke. Should have went to Popeyes.
