Harbour House always hits the mark. On Wednesdays, certain bottles of wine are half off. I usually have the lamb, which is perfectly prepared and presented—the best in Windsor. Their shrimp cocktail is also the best in Windsor! Extra large fresh shrimp that can be served in traditional fashion or two other options - something no other restaurant offers. Also - you get 6 shrimp instead of the usual 5! The service is excellent. The menu is varied enough that everyone in your party will be satisfied. For those looking for more than an exceptional dining experience, Harbour House offers special features and entertainment activities every day of the week plus the best Sunday Brunch in town. Oh, and I should mention at a reasonable price. I also have to mention Happy Hour from 2pm to 5pm where most drinks and apps are half off!

Stuffed mushrooms were delicious. We ordered clubhouse with cheese and disappointed that it was processed sliced cheese. Expect better from a nicer restaurant. Ruined the taste of the sandwich especially since since you have a great bacon spread on it. Invest in real cheese. Sad we had to pay more for processed cheese. Very disappointing Service was very good. Sat on patio. Besides the bees it was good.

Great food and our service was even better! Our server Austin was fantastic- attentive, personable, professional. The perch was delicious and the salmon as well. Love the house salad with mixed greens - much more upscale than other restaurants that use iceberg lettuce. The house balsamic dressing was perfectly balanced. I would definitely return and recommend

Our experience was amazing. The 15 dollar smashburgers were some of the best burgers I've had in Windsor, the pints were deliciously cold and our server was attentive and pleasant. All to top off with the beautiful sunset views of the pier!

Food was great. Wait staff could have been a little more attentive. Took them a little while to come to our table after we sat down and a bit long to see how our food was after it arrived

Have been multiple times and always had a great experience. This date night, food/service was extremely rushed. It puts a damper on the fun of date night when food is pushed in front of us and basically in and out in less than 40 minutes...with appetizers. There was very little attention given. We left and ended our night with coffee at Tim Horton's.

I have always enjoyed eating at Harbour House but tonight's experience turned me off!!!! First, my wife and I ordered the whipped ricotta cheese appetizer. The dip was tasty but they gave you only a few slices of bread for dipping. We had more than 3/4 of the dip left and had asked the waitress if we could have more. Her (cold response) was “oh I can get you more but we will have to charge you for it” Really! There was only eight small thin slices of bread to begin with. Then after eating my hamburger I noted the piece I left was raw. I really didn't notice until I ate most of it. When I told the waitress about my concern she said “I will let the kitchen know”. You could tell she could care less by her expression and didn't even apologize for the incident. She then gave us the bill with no apology or acknowledgement then left with no thank-you for coming! They say that what makes or breaks a restaurant is the service you receive! Your staff need customer service training!!!!

Service from the hostess to our waitress was great. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our waitress Shae did everything to make sure that we had a great time!

Tried the Sunday brunch buffet after having a good dinner previously and was disappointed in the quality of food; all warm food from chafing dishes was cold, obvious most of the food was not made in-house(French toast, pancakes, desserts) or poor quality suppliers and bacon/sausage left in pools of fat; mimosas had barely any champagne. Only highlight was the salmon and the attentive server. Definitely not worth the $30.

Had a very memorable experience at Harbour House. Wait staff was very attentive not intrusive. The singing bartender made the night very memorable. what a great idea. The food was delicious, ambience the best. We are definitely returning.

The ribs are a great deal. Love that they have a Mocktail menu too. Great drinks. We purchased the Giftcard deal from Costco. It was Karaoke night inside so we were glad we had reserved a spot on the patio. It was quite loud inside so it was noisy each time the staff went in and out during service. It would be beneficial for Open Table to identify evenings like that so people can choose a table accordingly. I would have been asking for a different spot to get away from the loud Karaoke if we had unknowingly chosen inside on our reservation. It was fun to watch the boats at the dock for my little guy. They had a colouring book at the ready for him too. Overall a great special family night out.

We were disappointed. Came for our anniversary. The waitress didn't put in our Appetizer order. When we got our food she didn't check back right away and the ceaser salad barely had any dressing on it. My husbands fries were over cooked and cold. The shrimp tacos were good and so was his burger. The waitress did apologize for the missed app but overall it was disappointing.

We were a party of 6, but when the basket of bread was brought out at the beginning there were only 5 pieces which I found a little odd. The lights were dimmed towards the end of the meal which gave us the impression that they were trying to get rid of us. The service was a little slow, it took over an hour to get our food and so by the time we were finished we no longer wanted a desert.

The restaurant was good, the decor was lovely, the view of the water quite beautiful. The manager (larger man who came to the welcome desk) was not particularly welcoming, quickly dismissing our request for a table away from the noise level so we could accommodate my husband's hearing impairment. And yet when we looked around there were two empty tables which could have met our needs. We had guests from outside of Canada and it was, quite frankly, a bit embarrassing.
