Big shout out to eric at this location. He had the upmost best customer service skills I have ever seen at a pizza place. On a day to day basis, majority of people just want to get through their day and go home. Eric made it obvious that he wants to see people happy. I see a great potential in this one. Take that in.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your 3747 Tecumseh Rd location. I had placed and paid for a pickup order through the app, but when I arrived at the store, I was charged again—essentially paying double. Although the staff later acknowledged the mistake and refunded the extra charge, the overall experience was disappointing.
My order was also ready over an hour late, and the food I received was undercooked. Additionally, I observed that some of the employees, including what seemed to be a senior staff member, appeared to be under the influence or not fully alert, which was concerning.
This experience has left me quite dissatisfied, and I hope steps are taken to improve both the food quality and staff professionalism at this location.
My kids love their Little Caesar pizza, especially after a hockey game at the WFCU. Attended a game yesterday and picked up a 2 pizza with crazy bread deal. After coming home and just ready to sit down and eat, we find out the crazy bread was burnt. Too tired to drive back and get another. What a way to end the night with such a disappointing result.
