I would not recommend this location. West is great location and the manager is great! When my son opened the box of pizza it looked like someone took a bite and underneath the pizza was missing dough?. I will leave a complaint to head office regarding this because the workers don’t take the job seriously and one of them was high one afternoon on the job and didn’t care

This location is good.. Typical. We stopped in to pick up a pizza for the drive. Staff is nice and Little Caesars always has a pizza ready so no wait.
I asked for a cheese and pepperoni pizza. I was told that a cheese pizza would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. I told the cashier the wait time was okay, but I wanted a cheese and pepperoni pizza. The cashier rang me up but didn't know what my change was. It took a moment for them to figure out my change and handed me 2 boxed of pizza. I repeated myself that I just wanted 1 cheese and pepperoni pizza, not 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. Then I was blamed for the miscommunication, so I apologized and took my change and pizza. The experience was inconvent.

Walked into the store. There was no one at the front desk. I started playing with my keys to be heard. Well…the girl heard me. She looked through the glass where the pizzas stay in. Didn’t say anything but started saying outloud…I AIN’T MAKING NOTHING TODAY!!! Over and over! I walked out…with no service!!! She needs to be fired! Horrible Customer Service
