This was my second interaction with the same employee, who said her name was Bella, and unfortunately it was again an uncomfortable experience. Her tone and body language came across as unwelcoming, even though there was no issue or disagreement during the interaction.
What I would like to note is that as a customer coming in simply to purchase pizza, the interaction felt affected by a change in mood, which made the experience awkward and unnecessary. I am sharing this feedback so management is aware and can look into it in a constructive way.
I hope this can be taken as feedback to help improve communication and customer experience for everyone. I would also like to clarify that I have no ill feelings toward this employee and wish her well. I chose to leave politely without saying anything at the time. I simply believe that kindness and respect matter in everyday interactions, as how we treat others often reflects back on us. This feedback is shared with good intentions and respect. I would like to emphasize that I am giving the food a 100% positive review, as the quality was excellent and I have no negative feelings toward the pizza store itself.

I don't recommend shopping delivery. Every time I call and pick it up myself, it's nicely done. No issues. The problems only started coming when I leaned into online delivery; it's unfortunately like ordering from 2 different places. I'm baffled at how consistently bad the pizza is. Most recently, I ordered a veggie pizza that came out as mostly unsalted bread, along with some missing order components. Again, it's a huge shame to say this as I've been a happy customer since 2014. Anyways, just don't order online. Come in person if you want the best chance at not being disappointed.

Ordered hot and ready pizza. It had multiple patches of fly eggs and I called later on after noticing at home and the lady on the phone hung up fast after hearing the issue and kept hanging up each time I called
I'm pretty sure I ordered a pizza, and not sure what I received. Looks like something put together by a 4 year old. It was dry, thick and chewy. Had a block of cheese in the middle. Wasn't even cut properly!! Easily the worst pizza I've ever bought.
