best coney dogs aside frm Laffayette across the river!!!!! owner is friendly knowledgeable and makes you feel right at home,,cant wait to try the humongous pastrami sandwich they make!!! great job Brendan!!!!
We decided to try Lunansky's Coney Island while I was in Windsor. I’ve never had a coney dog that was on par with Lafayette Coney Island. I expected a "coney-inspired" dog, but not the real thing. My family was also blown away. The atmosphere is perfectly non-pretentious - with a few high top tables and a small TV playing Seinfeld. It feels like a charming Brooklyn deli was dropped in the middle of Windsor. I hope Windsorites know what an absolute gift this place is.

I popped in for a couple of coney island hotdogs for lunch today and I was absolutely blown away.
The coney island chili is perfect, the snap of the hotdogs is on point, and the buns are perfectly soft.
I won't need to cross the border for my coney island fix anymore!
Looking forward to trying the pastrami sandwich or the Rueben next time.
