Very nice place to relax and hang out - they've got a wide game selection and a pretty diverse menu. I honestly think their bubble tea is better than some bubble tea stores. I always call ahead just to be sure that there's a spot available, though. Friendly staff, great vibe, love coming here.

This place is excellent! Went here one evening and it just has such a great vibe to it. It's very clean and modern inside, has a huge selection of board games, the bubble tea is great and the staff are wonderful.

Great good, and if you buy $15 or more in food/drink you can don’t have to pay $10 to sit and play games (this is per person)

My friend and I came here numerous times and they were closed. Their website shows that they are open at certain times but if you actually drive there — they are not. They are kind of driving business away and this makes me not want to play the games there because they are not even open. It is just plain false advertising because of their fake online hours. Food is great here but the service needs to be improved obviously.

The booking the VIP room is honestly the best deal! Flat rate $100 for 4hrs, bring you're own snacks. Then it's up to you if you want to order food or drinks. Also great range of board games.

Located in the back corner of Windsor Crossing Premium Outlet, this Cafe is pretty unique in Windsor where you can order snacks or beverages and play board games with friends/family as well. There is a wide variety of boards games to choose from and there's also a small area with a couch and video game section. The atmosphere is clean and cozy with plenty of room to socialize and to play with others, although they charge a fee to play the games, if your total per person is high enough from the snacks/food, they will waive it (I believe it's $15).The service is friendly and prices are fair. Overall, I recommend giving this place a try if you want to hang out with friends/family. Or even hang out here while the rest of your family or partner is shopping at the outlet mall.Parking: Located in Windsor Crossing Premium Oulet, there is plenty of spots to park, located in back corner of outlet

I visited this spot with a few friends for a fun night out and I gotta say its really enjoyable. The interior was filled with modern decor and interesting figurines and collectibles that were available for purchase. Service was super quick and kind when explaining how everything works there. Of course, there were plenty of board games to choose from which the great food and drinks complimented very well.Windsor needs more unique experiences like this because it's what makes a city fun and interesting for a younger / middle aged demographic. 100% worth visiting.

The board game collection here is good. The game we played was in great condition with all the pieces.Service was friendly and helpful. The bubble tea is comparable to any of the chains in town, except much nicer atmosphere to sit down and enjoy the drink in.Glad that this place is around. Hope more people find this place. Excellent date night spot.Parking: Ample free parking. Accessible.

It’s a nice place. I come here often to study and usually have a nice experience. However the latest time, I was told that they don’t like people studying here as they don’t have enough space and want people to play board games. I bought two drinks and two appetizers so it’s not like they’re losing anything with me being there for a couple of hours. Also they made me move my table and had the audacity to ask me again, so I just left. I think that’s kinda ridiculous cuz I’m still a paying customer… other than that, nice place.

Yesterday's experience at Mchapter was just terrible. We went for a hangout, ordered from the menu, and played a game. When two friends arrived late, they told us our 1-hour limit was up. We put the game back, but what really upset me was being kicked out, especially when my friends were about to order. So, the one hour limit is not just for the games it is also for sitting at the cafe. They claimed they needed the seats for other customers which is not based on reservation. They wanted to have available seats for new customers so they can order and make money. Despite my friends planning to order, they insisted we leave and even canceled our fries. The staff there said “it’s business” but I’ve never seen a business kick out their customers because they were there for more than an hour. Typically, people stay at cafes for more than an hour. It's disappointing that a place cares more about making money than valuing its customers. We won't be going back, and they've lost six customers, with more likely to follow with this mindset."
