I like how staff had suggested whether it is enough or over ordering. Annoyed by two fruit flies and the flickering led light (i think it was behind the wall picture). Average cost $20 per person.

Just picked up a fantastic lunch from Istanbul on Wyandotte. The service was exceptionally quick and friendly. Portions are incredibly generous easily enough for two people. A special shout-out to Sally, who was amazing! She was very kind and offered excellent suggestions. Highly recommend this spot!

I’ve been mad about this for along time. Went in there and it was empty. Sat at a table for 6. Left my sunglasses on the table. Drove down the street and came right back. The waitress said she didn’t find them and we left a big tip. Very selfish

Maison Istanbul is for the value a great place, although it isn’t the best Turkish food you can get it definitely is consistent large portioned meals with good customer service, food is quick and price is really reasonable. Id recommend the donair plate.

I am a regular customer of your restaurant and frequently visit to purchase food. Unfortunately, in several recent instances, I have encountered serious issues with my orders, including receiving incomplete or incorrect items. Each time I have called to follow up, I have been told “we forgot” or given similar excuses.
In the most recent incident, today I ordered a chicken pizza. After visiting in person and collecting my order, I discovered at home that I had been given a vegetable pizza instead. When I called to request the manager’s phone number, I was met with verbal abuse and even threatened, being told, “If you’re a man, come to the restaurant so I can deal with you.”
This behavior is entirely unprofessional, unacceptable, and threatening. It has made me feel unsafe and led me to decide never to return to your establishment. I expect the management to address this matter immediately and take the necessary steps to ensure such conduct is not repeated with other customers.

Terrible experience. The restaurant was dirty and full of flies. Our waitress was cold, confused, and dismissive. When I asked her to change the moldy bread, she rudely questioned what was wrong with it. It took over 30 minutes to bring a small piece of butter — and the place was completely empty. To top it off, we found a hair in my mom’s Adana kebab. Absolutely disgusting and embarrassing, especially since I had guests with me. Never going back.

The food was good but the service was bad. We called in and we had a reservation for 17 people when we went in the restaurant was busy and there was only one server we waited more than 15m and we called her like four times for her to come and take are order. We waited a lot for the order to come.I also ordered a fatush salad it was very sour and bitter I asked the girl to replace it and I told her but she was rude and didn’t even change it I took it and I asked the chef then they replaced it. After when we used the bathroom they were very dirty and there was a bad smell there was no toilet paper nothing. It was a bad experience this time we usually go there and we usually get a great experience but this time we didn’t.
