Took my kids here after church and as soon a we walked in we were greeted at the cash by Sephera with a big smile and a welcome. She was super friendly and kind. The manager Heather was quick to adjust and fix a slight mistake. Definitely one of the friendliest and cleanest Mc Donald's I've been to.

The stalest fries and lukewarm food is served here. Can't make the food properly to save their own lives. Ordered a cheeseburger, cheese was 3/4 out of the bun, smeared across the top. Bun was beyond stale and so were their fries. This is THE worst one in the city.

I don't eat at McDonald's often - generally only for late night snacks when I've been out on the road and everything else is closed. Today, I stopped at the Roundhouse location for breakfast after going to the bank next door. I would have ordered eggs and hash brown until I noticed their Chicken McMuffin. I had no idea Chicken was an option for breakfast meat. I asked for no cheese and was accommodated. I also asked if there were any other ingredients besides the chicken and eggs. I was told there weren't, and then was surprised to see sauce on the sandwich. No idea whether it had dairy in it. I guess I'll find out later. Anyway, the staff was friendly and helpful. When I went to use the pop machine, I got sprayed with some water mist (no syrup). Another patron called out that it didn't work, so I tried the spout on the other side of the machine. Same result - sprayed clothing and no syrup. After using napkins to dry off, I found a disgusting mess of a discarded ketchup bag not properly disposed of in the small waste container at the condiment station. Clearly, maintenance is a lower priority at this particular location and/or shift (Sunday morning 9:30am).

So Friday I placed an order for 2 XL orange pekoe tea . Upon getting my order again my tea bags were not in the cups but the cream and sugar was in Luke warm water . I called asked to speak to a manager , she stated she was the manager I explained what had happened and that it never happens at any other store Iâve ordered from for delivery. She proceeds to tell me they are not suppose to put them in and I said well by the time I get my tea the water is not hot enough to steep now bc cream has already been put in the cup and she hung up on me .. well she thought she hung up I remained on the line for approx over 5 min bc she was explaining to her co - worker what took place and her co worker even stated they are to put the bags in and she said oh well Iâm leaving the phone off the hook . Well you said youâre a manager ???? Really wow McDonaldâs please do better of hiring those people who make better judgement calls then this person did . Thatâs not how you treat anyone .! I will be writing to cooperate as well hopefullly speak to the actual day shift manager

There is an old lady in the morning when I go to the restaurant that is extremely rude. Sheâs there every morning at when I go at 6:30 and makes everything miserable and loves to argue. I once said 3 sausage McMuffins at the speaker, and when I got to pay she only rang in one, instead of saying âsorry let me fix that for youâ she belittled me and spoke like I was stupid as if I didnât say 3. Worst customer service individual out there. She needs to put her ego to the side.

Went here for the new mcdonalds toys but they gave us the minecraft skeleton for all happy meals I ordered today, supposed to be pace out. Are you keeping the toys since you can sell it online?
Went through the drive thru to grab breakfast before work this morning. The girl at the window was too busy talking to her co worker and the hash browns I got were literally cold. Like not even warm they were just cold. You can tell the weekend staff doesnât care

The service was warm, professional and friendly. The burger however was drenched in mayonnaise. We didn't request this ungodly amount of mayonnaise. I don't know what kind of big back antics are happening at McDonald's but I don't want any part of it. Considering you can get food at restaurants in Windsor for the same price at McDonald's, I don't think I will be coming back.

This is a ridiculous restaurant. The Mc Chicken is very hard as bricks and I am very suspicious of that they fried many times of the chicken. Terrible service! Not recommend this restaurant.
