O for everything especially the bathrooms are disgusting the floors had stuff on and both toilets

Worst service... Seven attempts to make my breakfast sandwich and they all laughed at how much food was coming back incorrect from other customers... Both dine in and takeout! A woman working in the back says to another food prepper that she knew my order was wrong and that I would be back to complain and have it remade.
The restaurant was disgustingly filthy and the employee sweeping the dining area ignored numerous spills, soiled seats and tables, and food strewn all over the floor.
Horrible across the board.

Honestly this is the word McDonald’s. Do you guys have a problem with your sugar machine for coffee or is it that the people working there don’t know how to press a button or stir coffee. It’s coffee, that should be the easiest order. You people need to be trained better.

Like seriously, I had not been to this location in a long time. It always had dim witted people here, I'm talking 15 years ago. Nice to know you can count on South Windsor not changing any time soon. I order a double fillet of fish extra tartar sauce, get a single. Order 10 chicken nuggets with 2 hot mustard, get 1 hot mustard and a honey. No plans on coming back.

Every time we get something from here it's never right. Either something is missing, or certain things are missing from burgers. Usually ask for extra extra onion and get no onion in the sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. This was like the 15th time. How hard is it to read????
Ordered delivery. Drinks were wrong. Fries were burnt to a crisp, rock hard solid and inedible, no straws. I called and they said there’s nothing they can do.

The employees are so rude when asking about the instructions on the order pick up app they don’t exactly what was the instructions and how to deal with it when i confirm they said they have no idea how to change the instructions

After ordering my food, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. This is the most disgusting bathroom I've ever been in my entire life. I reported it to the manager and she kind of brushed it off and said somebody would be in there to clean it. I watched the young man go in there. He came back out not even 2 minutes later. All he brought with him is a spray bottle and some paper towels. The floor looked like it hadn't been washed in months. I will never visit this McDonald's again. Somebody from corporate should make a surprise visit.
