Great coffee !
They do not fill fries. The pic attached was supposed to be a large fry. None in bag, none eaten yet.
Edit: came to review and add a pic because I was shorted fries again. I forgot about my original review for the same reason. I only have this problem with large fry orders. I ordered a large fry to share with one other adult and my dog. Not worth buying a large fry to recieve a medium fry amount. 2nd photo was today.

Terrible Experience – Poor Customer Service and Lack of Accountability
All I wanted was a simple coffee for my morning commute — instead, I left McDonald’s more frustrated than I’ve been in a long time.
I pulled into the drive-thru and waited for several minutes before anyone responded. When the employee, Tae, finally acknowledged me, she asked for my code. I provided it, but she went silent again. I repeated the code multiple times, thinking she hadn’t heard me. Eventually, I got a response — but instead of a basic “got it,” I was met with a snappy attitude:
“Sir, you don’t need to repeat it 10 times. We’re very busy.”
I apologized, explaining I thought she hadn’t heard me. Her response?
“I heard you, but I’m also making coffee.”
I asked her, politely, to just say “got it” so I’d know she heard me. She continued to defend her multitasking instead of simply acknowledging the order. When I reached the window, she immediately said:
“Sir, I’m busy.”
At this point, I asked to speak with the manager. Tae claimed she was the manager — her name tag clearly indicated otherwise. I insisted on speaking to the actual manager, and she called Suraj.
When Suraj arrived, he didn’t greet me or even try to understand what had happened. Before he could say a full sentence, Tae interrupted him repeatedly, continuing to justify herself. He allowed her to dominate the conversation, and only after nearly 7 minutes did he finally say:
“What can I get you, we’re really busy this morning.”
I told him I had already placed my order and was just trying to pay. That’s when Tae informed me that she had deleted the order. At that point, I was speechless and decided to leave.
This wasn’t just poor service — it was a complete breakdown in customer care, professionalism, and leadership. Tae was dismissive, rude, and wouldn’t even allow her manager to speak. Suraj failed to manage the situation, did not listen to my concerns, and allowed an employee to speak over him and the customer.
I will be filing an official complaint against Suraj for his inability to handle the issue appropriately, and against Tae for her disrespectful behavior. It’s clear neither one of them is fit to represent the McDonald’s brand, especially during a busy shift where teamwork and communication are critical.
Honestly, I just wanted a damn coffee. Instead, I got ignored, talked down to, and left without my order.
I sincerely hope this store’s leadership takes responsibility and addresses this — both with proper training and accountability.

Staff at this location are very rude unprofessional they need additional training with customer service and food prep I was there today to pick up an item I ordered on the App. I drive up to the window and the worker scream at me it didn’t work you have put in another order, so I tried and putting another order App Is not working I asked again and once again she started screaming you have to put in another order. I asked how do I put in another order when the app is not working immediately she got a manager I think. That look like she just woke up and she reiterated the same message. I simply left the establishment I left And drove down the street to Wendy’s and place my order and was greeted politely with a smile and paid and received my order with a thank you from a kind server. McDonald’s, you need to do better Your employees need to be retrained and should take lessons from the employees down the street at Wendy’s plus being boarded up in the entry to Canada is not a good look fix up your place and be presentable. If You are visiting Canada from another country or province This McDonald’s and look elsewhere, even for Wendy’s, which is just a couple kilometres down the road thank you

I don't understand why the midnight staff cannot make food properly why does my McChicken have to be hard like it's been sitting on the tray all day why do my fries have to be hard like they've been sitting out of the fryer all day

The food ok but the mess up the order more offend then they get it right so it always a gamble going here
This morning while waiting for my drive through order, I noticed the Vietnamese cashier dumping 1/2 a cup of coffee already on the counter, add the cream and put more coffee in the cup. When he opened the window to pass the food and coffee I asked him to make me another cup as that one wasn’t acceptable. The mixture of cream to coffee ratio is off. He retorted than it’s from the same pot and it was a black coffee/. I said it doesn’t taste the same and who knows how long it was sitting.
I then got attitude I didn’t pay for.
Do better McDonalds !

Ordered through ubereats, didn’t come with the cookies I ordered. How do you even miss that??? Unbelievable.
I ordered the double cheese burgers and the buns used to make them had molds. It was disgusting. The fries were also not fresh. Also their self serve machine wasn’t issuing any receipts so it was hard to know your order number. The McDonald’s was under staffed so service was slow.
Worst Service ever. Staff is too rude..
