Not the first time, and the manager she is so rude and disrespectful. What the whole point of the app if I have to wait, Never order from this location.

I got a BLT Quarterpounder and there's no bacon, lettuce, or tomatoes! AGAIN! This is the second time this has happened. You'd think that people would have common sense and add the proper stuff to a burger... especially when it's in the name of the burger...
