Yet another blunder by McDonald inability to get a simple order made correctly. 1st was a week ago at at the Roundhouse centre location, where they marvelous were able to put the wrong sandwiches in the order. Today ability to count the number of hash browns. Could I have returned and had this rectified, certainly, alas I should not have to. So congratulations. That extra 10 seconds you could have taken to ensure the order is right.

I had a great experience at McDonald’s today. I accidentally ordered a small triple-triple coffee when I actually wanted a large. When I mentioned this to the young lady working around 8:50 pm on December 15th, she handled the situation very calmly and professionally. Even though it was my mistake, she kindly made me a large coffee without any issue. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really left a good impression on me. I’m very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate her help. Great job!👍🏼😍

Please start attaching receipts with the order details to the outside of the bag. (Ex. Double QP, Large Fry, Large coke) There's literally NO reason my order should be wrong EVERY time.

The flies in the glass of cookies and muffins. The cashier asks me to have order muffins and my reply a BIG NO . IT IS NOT CLEAN!. HOW CAN YOU EAT FOOD THAT THE FLIES PARKED ON THE FOOD THEN YOU EAT?
Waited at the drive-thru screen and got to watch 2 cars in the other lane pass through before me and at the start I was the only one in there. Service has gone so downhill over the years. Love when you pull up and can clearly see the young person whom I am dealing with just hate their job, and it shows. But, what do you expect from fast food.
