Extremely disappointed in the service. Ordered two coffees and two egg McMuffins with no meat. Was told to park and wait for my order. I watched people who pulled in after me receive their orders as I was left abandoned. After waiting almost 15 mins I went inside and asked for my order, the girl tried to give me someone else’s order with two McDoubles. I said this is not mine I did not order that. She tried to argue and say it’s mine. I told her again no it is not my order. She went to the back to check, Lo and behold they did not even have my order made. I had to wait an additional 15 mins while they re-made my order and still got it wrong, I asked for no meat, and they put meat in my egg McMuffins. They went to re-make it. So I spent half an hour here just to get 2 coffees and a couple egg McMuffins. It’s always a stressful experience ordering here and will not be returning. Employees seem incompetent and careless.

McDonald's communication and service fell short. I was enticed by a deal on their app, paid via Visa, and drove to the restaurant. Upon arrival, I discovered their app system was down, with no prior notification. This forced me to cancel the order in the drive-thru. Despite the issue being on their end, the manager refused to honor the deal that drew me in, claiming it would cost at least $7 more. Highly disappointing experience.
3 times after 2 am this particular store has denied service due to some "technical glitch" the people who work after hours at this location, have no work ethic. I dont bother anymore, after my 2:30 am shift, i go 5 km out of my way and get my meals from 2200 tecumseh. THAT mcdonalds never seems to have any issues.

Stopped here after my daughter's softball and son's hockey practices...
Tables were dirty, All the garbage bins were full, ketchup was empty. Staff was frolicking with friends Instead of doing their job (order took 26 mins to come out to us, wasn't even that busy either) Then we were missing numerous items from our order. (Short one fry, one burger, one drink and our nugget sauces) Took my son's mcdouble back as well because it didn't have onions They proceeded to re wrap the same burger again with no onions. So at that point I just told my son to eat it anyhow. Also the food was cold, I don't mean lukewarm I mean it was cold, AND STALE. How does a order take 26 mins but everything is cold and stale. I'm absolutely disgusted with how this establishment is run. This is the worst experience my family and I have EVER had before. We would rather starve then go back to this particular McDonald's ever again. Do not go here. Im a trusted guide on Google and if my reviews mean anything I will reiterate, DO NOT GO HERE.

One of the best coffees around at incredible price. For those who travel internationally just try to get great cup of coffee for similar price. One of the first things I fo after longer trip abroad is get a coffee from meekeedee after crossing the bridge. 😊

Pathetic service. It has been so disappointing for the last few orders that I finally decided to go there anymore. The drive thru is terribly slow, and sometimes they keep on taking orders from one lane and forget about the other completely; have people waiting for long times. The in-app order where you're asked to wait in one of the numbered parking spots is a scam. Placed a basic order of tea & and coffee, and guess what? Had to go in after waiting for 15 minutes to pick up the order myself. The quality is declining, and they don't care about it seemingly. The sandwhiches are cold, stale, and greasy. The fries are always cold and stale. It seems like they are standing there in open air for hours and just warmed up in a microwave.
Many times, they mix the orders, don't follow the instructions, and mess it all up for you to come back again with the issue. They never tell you at the window that technically, there is an option of under 3 toys in kids' happy meal. Even if asked, they never care to cater to the needs and just toss in whatever comes handy.
I asked specifically about the kids under 3 toys, and they still gave the regular one today. The fries had terrible amount of salt and were stale.
