Place is extremely busy during lunch hours. A bit of consideration to staff goes a long way, we waited 30 minutes for our food while many people lost their patience and tempers flared. Understandably they forgot our order but the manager in charge gladly comped is for our meal and made us a fresh one.
Food tasted ok. Wasn't super impressed for the high Canadian standards . Will be back again as it's a convenient location.

McDonald’s ur great! Love your product, I’m fed up with ur delivery service apps. Demand better from your hosts. Wrong orders (got an allergy issue last time. Multiple times wrong orders and no one cares, this time and many others wait times are way more than promised. McDonald’s you’re one of the best companies In the world ask for better from Your providers. I don’t even have an option to cancel for the wait time or the option to say it was wrong. You built ur promise on fast and customers way and u gave it up for a deliver services that doesn’t care. Figure it out. U can do better…. Ps want nothing from this love ur company just do better

everytime i order from this location stuff is missing or wrong. one order was missing two sandwiches, one order was missing shaina twain keychain, i ordered sugar free iced coffee i got iced coffee w oat milk no sugar even tho they have sugar free syrup, today its two hashbrowns missing. im charged for all these items i call to complain and they conviently never answer the phone. dont order from here ur just wasting time and money.

I recently visited McDonald's, and let me tell you, it was an experience I won't forget—mostly because I paid extra for sweet-and-sour sauce and they forgot to include it! Seriously, how hard is it to get a simple order right?
I was looking forward to those crispy nuggets slathered in that tangy, delicious sauce, but instead, I was left with a bland, dry disappointment. It’s like they took my money, laughed in my face, and sent me off with nothing but regret.
The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than ensuring customers were satisfied. I even double-checked my bag before leaving, but apparently, “extra sauce” is just a myth in their world.
At this point, it’s not just about the sauce; it’s about the principle. If you can’t even manage to deliver a basic part of my order after charging me extra, what does that say about your service?
I won’t be coming back anytime soon. McDonald's, get it together!

This is by far the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The play place is extremely small and filthy, especially in the back where it clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The dining area was just as bad — tables were sticky, dirty, and not wiped down between customers.
To make things worse, the food was both slow and came out cold. For a “fast food” restaurant, waiting this long only to receive cold food is completely unacceptable.
This location reflects a serious lack of management and basic standards. If McDonald’s cares about its reputation, this restaurant needs major improvements in cleanliness, speed,food quality and coustumers.
If you value a clean and efficient experience, avoid this McDonald’s.
