This is by far the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The play place is extremely small and filthy, especially in the back where it clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The dining area was just as bad — tables were sticky, dirty, and not wiped down between customers.
To make things worse, the food was both slow and came out cold. For a “fast food” restaurant, waiting this long only to receive cold food is completely unacceptable.
This location reflects a serious lack of management and basic standards. If McDonald’s cares about its reputation, this restaurant needs major improvements in cleanliness, speed,food quality and coustumers.
If you value a clean and efficient experience, avoid this McDonald’s.

Wrong orders completely. Ordered through Uber and received a completely different order. And even the wrong order was wrong as it was also missing drinks. I know that its just food, but pay more attention when putting food in bags, to not m8x them up. We almost always have issues with this location either drive thru missing items, Uber eats missing items or food quality is not up to standard. Unfortunately its quite convenient location, that's the only reason why we haven't stopped going there at all.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day. They get your order wrong more than they get it right. We ordered Uber eats and they put someone else's order in our bag and even got that order wrong.

This is the worst location I have been to McDonald’s on July 22 at 10:00 PM. I made an online order for a happy meal and Junior Chicken I go there and waited another 10 min until i got my orders get to my house and the box of happy meal has no burger in it. I keep calling them and nobody picks up. Worst service

Constantly missing order items, I got my entire order once so far this year. You have to fight with door dash to get your refund for missing items.
Not impressed by the accuracy at this location. Ordered a double big mac no mac sauce, got charged for a double but received a single. Ordered a cheeseburger only light ketchup and recieved ketchup pickles and mustard on the burger. 🤦🏼♀️ called back and was only offered coupons

I always order food in the evening they are always messing up my boyfriends and I food I call the store to get to talk about it and no one ever answers I get the food from uber eats

Extremely disappointed in the service. Ordered two coffees and two egg McMuffins with no meat. Was told to park and wait for my order. I watched people who pulled in after me receive their orders as I was left abandoned. After waiting almost 15 mins I went inside and asked for my order, the girl tried to give me someone else’s order with two McDoubles. I said this is not mine I did not order that. She tried to argue and say it’s mine. I told her again no it is not my order. She went to the back to check, Lo and behold they did not even have my order made. I had to wait an additional 15 mins while they re-made my order and still got it wrong, I asked for no meat, and they put meat in my egg McMuffins. They went to re-make it. So I spent half an hour here just to get 2 coffees and a couple egg McMuffins. It’s always a stressful experience ordering here and will not be returning. Employees seem incompetent and careless.
