This is the absolute worst McDonald's ever. I don't know when they became fine. Dining, however, to have to wait over a half hour for 2 big mac meals and And chicken nugget, happy meal. And it 10 pieces chicken meal. It is absolutely ridiculous. We will not be back to this

I understand running out of food once in a while and having a rush but I have never been there and not gotten my car pulled. It’s a fast food restaurant, we shouldn’t be waiting 15 minutes for our food especially just to have it come out wrong. I asked the manager why they don’t tell us at the speaker we’re going to have to wait for food and let us make up our mind then. She said we don’t know until it pops up on our screen. I worked at McDonald’s for years in the kitchen and I was always communicating with the staff up front. Poorly run.

Worst service and worst manager. Just blind and following what others say without even understanding anyone intentions. If anyone complains should be verified first before blaming on others directly. Should watch camera footage properly before and after what and how kids interac. That manager is racist against non white. I would like to ask their owner to call me and discuss with me about that manager being racist towards us. Please contact me asap as I am very reputed family person in Windsor and my son is very good student of public school without any complaints so far. Manager didn’t confirm incident and started blaming my son just on basis of touching to other kids. I am really serious in this matter and expecting comment of owner in this review to contact me.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD !!!! ALWAYS BEHIND, TERRIBLE MANAGERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAITED 15 MINUTES ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF DRIVE THROUGH , THEY WERE TAKING ORDERS ON THE LEFT SIDE STRAIGHT, EVERYONE WAS LEAVING ON RIGHT AS NO ONE WAS SWITCHING OVER. CALLED INSTORE TO GET ATTITUDE AND NO SORRY. ALL DISRESPECT. WAS LATE FOR WORK AND WENT IN HUNGRY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER. I WILL NOT SUPPORT THEM ANYMORE

AVOID Dougall McDonald’s first location. No longer offering refills. They would be the Ryan Air of budget airlines, if there was any value in dining at McD’s. $56 to feed a family if 3, and the taste of the food hasn’t gotten any better.

Monday 23rd January. 01:45am in the morning I ordered Spicy Habanero burger. Waited at drive thru for more than 10 minutes. Was expecting fresh or near to fresh burger infact it was way too cold patty kinda frozen. Not good for you guys. I know everybody is frustrated but workplace is not that ground to express.
