Got given the wrong order. Couldn’t make it back and the lady I called took my name and said “we’ll put it in the book, you can come back within 30 days and you’ll get your meal for free” 02/04/2026. I come back today (02/17/2026) and they tell me they have no book. I show them proof I called, also attached picture. Hostile attitude, and no attempt to rectify their employees mistake or blatant lie.

There’s a lady who works there. Cashier. She’s short maybe late 40s. She has shoulder length blonde.hair She seems like she’s miserable so she wants to pick on people. She told me i had too many napkins. ! I said how many can I take she said I can’t take more than 2 napkins. lol. I guess she’s the McDonald’s napkin police! I had an chipotle chicken wrap combo Afterwards I felt sick I wish I wouldn’t have ate McDonald’s. It never sits well.
