There app didn’t work for the 1$ cone not my problem they then rushed me towards pay full price. They explained was not there problem and they don’t have anything to do with the app offered no help everything was valid on the app for the 1$ cone. Oh welllll

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to, and the customer service is absolutely ATROCIOUS. They take their sweet time, and treat most of their customers like trash. Negative 5 stars by far—I will do my best to make it known how much of a garbage location this one is.

I don't know what the issue is with your workers as a person that works in the food industry myself your store has poor costumer service when all the staff just concentrates on drive thru only that's a issue an I'm sorry I came in for breakfast if I'm bothering you to order simple take my money elsewhere one person should always be on cash an friendly that's your slogan happy an smile 😁 but I get this every single time 😞🫤😡😬 so all four of the emojis depicts how you look at anyone trying to order

The only item left that I liked at McDonald's was the egg McMuffin. Now that is no more. Got home after drive through the paper bag was covered in grease. Your service stinks and your food is even worse

I have a rather unique experience with McDonald’s, the owner JnJ and their technicians , especially Fernando , have me at their establishments whenever there is an electrical issue, in the past few months I’ve been treated with nothing but utter professionalism, kindness and even when it is extremely busy, the management and staff are eager to answer any questions. That is why when I’m there I don’t mind fixing something that I was not originally there for. These men and women perform a thankless job and always do it with a smile. Special thank you to June at Pillette who is a shining example of what a store manager should strive to be.

❌️❌️❌️I recently visited this McDonald's location around 3:30 AM for a drive-thru order, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. After placing my order, I waited in the drive-thru for nearly 15 minutes. As I looked inside, I could clearly see that the entire staff was dancing together to music rather than attending to customers.

I knocked on the window to get their attention, and after a long wait, one employee finally came to the window. Instead of apologizing for the delay, they made a joke about me. This behavior is completely unacceptable. It is concerning to think that McDonald's employees are using company time to party rather than serve customers.

I strongly recommend that the supervisor or management review the security footage from that time and take appropriate action against the staff members involved. Customers should not be subjected to delays or disrespectful behavior during their visit.

I hope McDonald's addresses this issue to ensure it does not happen again in the future.

i was kicked out for eating a sugar packet. i will not b spending another dime at this establishment. i am no longer supporting the mcdonalds franchise/business thank you for the experience i wont miss you.
