Terrible service thru drive thru. Did not receive half my order and the rest was incorrect. Called the store at least 5 times, was told they were busy yet I was the only car in the drive thru. I will never go back to that McDonald’s.😟👎

The debit machine looks like it hasn't been washed in years. If this is the level of filth they're willing to show you, then I shudder to think about the filth we're not seeing.

I'm guessing it's the inflation thing, I've noticed pretty much across all McDonald's restaurants, service has gotten a lot slower. I stopped making my daily half the time now. Not worth the wait

I ordered a small iced coffee and a medium latte, but the girl who took my order didn’t seem to know the menu. I repeated ‘medium latte’ a few times, but she ended up making just one medium iced coffee, and even that was the wrong order. McDonald’s should really train their staff better on taking orders and their attitude

I think the filet O fish is getting smaller and increasing in price. The bun was funky and I did not enjoy it.

Ordered a Big Arch combo and they made the burger wrong. Pretty disappointing considering how ridiculously expensive it is. It's supposed to come with three slices of cheese and they gave me one. I also asked for no slivered onions and they ended up giving me no slivered onions and no crispy onions. I double checked the receipt to make sure they punched it in right and it just said no slivered onions so they took the order correctly but made the burger wrong. It's honestly not surprising though. I've ordered limited time sandwiches before and they've made them wrong even with me not changing anything that comes on it. One time I ordered a limited time chicken burger and they gave me a burger with a completely different chicken patty. Not sure how you screw that up but the majority of these fast food workers are just careless.
