They guys are so good at their drive through that they even dont know that someone is waiting for pickup order . After even making the order they just ignore the drivers . I just faced this today around 2:40 pm waited for picking order more than 15 minutes even the order was packed dont know the name of the guy. But salute you buddy for behaving like that even he abuse also i could make issue of this there but just wanna tell you guys that remove these kind of staff have really good image in my heart of mcd but this kind of employees sucks

Standard fast food experience, but I find that the staff at this location are some of the friendliest I've interacted with. The girl with the purple/blue hair at the drive thru today (jan 12) is really friendly and good at her job! She deserves recognition - especially these days where good customer service is less and less common. Way to go girl, you made my day today!

Went late to create a board for a girls night. Did not get asked if im collecting points. Asked for extra sauce for the large amount of nuggets I ordered. Stated I would pay for extra dipping sauce and just to throw me an assortment of flavors. Got ZERO sauces. Ordered 2 large fries. They looked half empty. Like they didnt want to make more fries. Manager was in a rush for a smoke break outside in the front. Just awful. Very polite going through the line though.

I have had many incorrect orders in the past, however this order was done to perfection!
Not for the first time did I order an item with bacon, was charged for it and didnt get it, this location as well as the one on Wyandotte seems to have an issue with following through on orders.
