The place is nasty and dirty it looks like they never cleaned this area the tables are even turning yellow and somehow they didn’t give me a refill when I ordered a combo with ice tea.

Have been a customer since last year. Ever since the new staff has been hired, the service is slow and pathetic. You know the training is bad when they give you the wrong order 3/6 times. I have seen people wait 10 minutes for just a coffee.

2pm on Sunday. Order mcdouble and coffee. Waited 10 minutes. Every single table was dirty and covered in meal shrapnel. Stains lettuce everything else. Received a cup full of coffee grounds. Almost puked after drinking essentially sand.

Waited a decent amount of time for our food, which still managed to be served lukewarm. Mcdouble and our cheeseburger were thrown together. Neither were served with onions on the burger. Fries were overdone and lukewarm as well. We ordered not expecting too much and still left disappointed.

Lobby is always filthy, self checkout screens are filthy. Food is never made correctly and employees are so lazy and slow!

Food is good 👍, a few employees are not good at listening and communication, the guy I am talking about has no name batch on his T shirt, and he wears a blue T Shirt I usually face problem every time when he is on shift. Also, the employee Chris is one of the good customer service employees wears a black T Shirt.

Worst mc Donald's in the city. 1 employee was just walking arounf talking on the phone and apperd to be the manager. And the employees were so slow incould have cooked it myself, and they still got it wrong. The whole order. Dont recomend coming here or check your order.

Seldom do I write negative review and I am unsure if McDonald’s care about this anymore or not. Just because it is convenient for us we get coffee from this location set apart your dreams to dine in as the place stinks bad. Today I went in a rush to have an iced coffee. There was absolutely no one in the line so I thought I am out of here soon. But guess what the lady serving had different plans for me. At first she took my order and then comes after 2-3 minutes saying they are out of coffee and she needs to brew fresh. I said ok, how long will it take and she said not sure let me check and get back to you. After 5-7 minutes she says it’s going to take 7 more minutes. Once again, I said ok. Once the coffee was brewed , guess what she can’t refill on her own (which is fine) but the time she and her colleague took to transfer the coffee was very irritatingly long. That’s done, all she needs to do is get my coffee and get it going but again THE MADAMME was in a leisure mood nevertheless. She took 10 more minutes just to get me the coffee. I was thinking of a quick 5 minutes stop which surely extended up-to 30 minutes at a minimum. All of this and not a single word of empathy or apology for the inconvenience.
If McDonald’s cares about customers then they need to start doing better or there is always the other side of success. For a customer getting coffee from McDonald’s at-least twice a week deserves better than this.

This McDonald's should be a zero star. We waited over 15 minutes for 2 drinks....still no drinks. Too busy doing Skip. We canceled our order. The customer service is unacceptable for this fast food chain.
Imma start off by saying give my boy mark and dave a raise but all the girls are bums and the washroom where filled with sunflowers seeds no good

Getting my T4 from them is like pulling teeth, and how quickly they forget you - went there to ask about my T4 and they act like they dont remember me, then proceeds to ignore me and make me wait - so I left. I wont eat there again nor will I bring my grandkids there...
