Management is great; Thomas is amazing, however, service is another story.. ordered online (order has both a number and my name) instead the young lady called out not only the wrong order item but tried to say it over music playing in dining room and over 10 people waiting for food. Missed my order because of it after waiting 15 mins for someone to realize they had messed something up. Managers were heard calling the number (key word, number, because it’s much easier to here rather than saying the order item) clearly so that other people could get their food because they know YOU CANT HEAR OVER 15 PEOPLE WAITING FOR FOOD AND TALKING!! On another day previously, I ordered a junior chicken, which should normally come with mayo and lettuce only, but I got pickles on it??!?! As someone who has family who works at McDonald’s, the pickles are nowhere near lettuce or mayo and it was not busy in the store!! Someone needs to tell the kitchen to get a grip or fire them because there is ALWAYS a problem with my food not being made right at this location. Also this store was out of spoons after just getting their brauer shipment 2 days ago.. their stock was refilled not even 48 hours ago. I really did not appreciate eating a McFlurry with a fork Huron church.

Very dirty. The bathrooms are so nasty and unclean. Won't eat there again. If they can not keep their bathrooms clean, who knows what their kitchen looks like...

Way too over crowded by lunchtime everytime i go and the burger they gave me with my Mc double meal was literally thrown into the box and sloppy. Too much money for the burger meal to just be all squished and uneven

Just brutal in every way every time I’ve been here.. the staff have no idea what they’re doing and once an order is placed half the time it just disappears.. even if you’re the only customer in the restaurant expect to wait 15+ minutes for your food (after having to remind them you made an order)
