I would give 0 stars if possible. The customer service was extremely disappointing. At the drive-thru, I requested honey, but the employee refused to provide it, stating that each packet costs 40 cents. For a multi-billion-dollar company, it’s hard to believe that giving a customer one or two honey packets would make any significant financial difference. This kind of penny-pinching approach shows a lack of respect for customer satisfaction. As a result, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Companies should prioritize valuing their customers over saving a few cents.

Screwed up my order. Missing 2 Jr. Chickens. Got pickles on my burger with a slip saying there weren't any. LG root beer was made as iced tea. Called 3 times and no answer. Terrible!!!

We were at the Drive-thru trying to order a McMeal that we didn’t know was only available in the States. However, the customer service rep named ‘Priti’ was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She failed to understand what we were trying to order and instead was mocking us in a way that made us feel belittled. She also started speaking in a different language to one of the co-workers after which he walked up to the window as well just to look. It was an extremely unpleasant experience altogether!

They don't know how to speak with customer. I think she is the supervisor or something. She don't know the customer service. And she has no name tag. Hire someone who knows how to treat a guest in good way.

Food was okay. Staff were nice, though it seems overworked, because the restaurant was filthy. I realize the drive through is priority, but a clean dining area and washroom are essential too.

This was my first time stopping at a McDonald’s in Canada, and I was slightly impressed! The food and service were amazing, but the store was dirty, and the tables and chairs needed a little bit of cleaning. Overall, it was a great experience!

This location is definitely a must-stop once you have crossed the Ambassador Bridge and gotten through customs.

Parking: This parking lot is only for McDonald’s customers only.
