I ordered 2 turkey dinners today. They accidentally gave me 1 dinner and 1 container of potatoes. I called and they were super apologetic and drove it to my house. Mistakes happen. I’m sure they were swamped all day. The food was amazing! Worth the wait.

I usually only get takeout there chicken is delicious, I went in there with my wife for lunch ,place was fairly empty but was very noisy with 3 employees talking about Trump . I kindly left a five dollar bill on the table for my wife's ice tea and left very disappointed in there lack of hospitality and consideration of there customers ill never go back and I hope my food was almost ready when I left .very disappointed .

First time trying Michigan diner today, I was advised by a colleague They have amazing Broasted chicken. Given that I’ve never had this type of chicken, I was curious to try it out, and to my surprise their chicken is Halal (Green Light)
I had ordered a two piece dark meat broasted chicken plate, opted for the mac & cheese as the server had advised me it was good. The plate came with a soft and airy bread, as well as coleslaw.
When I first bit into the chicken, it was succulent and juicy, that was my first thought. It had a light yet crunchy outer shell, which I found to be perfect. Every bite was super juicy and I think that’s where the broasting effect really shined. Only comment I have on the chicken is that It can use a little more seasoning, maybe a little bit of Cajun in the marinade as the chicken was bassic
The mac & cheese, genuinely surprise me. You can tell it’s simply boiled pasta with a generic store-bought cheese sauce. However, it works. I thoroughly enjoyed it. And the cheese pull was a nice touch.
I was a little bit disappointed with the coleslaw, the fact that it was not your standard mayonnaise mix. It was a little bit sweet and tangy, however, for some reason, it kind of grew on me as my food indulging session went on. So it was not a complete fail.
I believe the bread used was a ciabatta bun , it was fluffy and airy. They could have easily used a cheaper bread. So I appreciate the one that was included in the dish.
All in all, I was happy with my first visit and I will certainly come back again. Other than the fact that I believe the chicken can use more seasoning, and the coleslaw recipe can potentially be reevaluated, i was a Happy Customer.

I don't go there anymore. Dirty dishes during covid. Owner was angry with me because I wouldn't accept the dirty plate and cup. She caused a seen in front of all the customers. That experience will make sure that I never return there! Rotten service and attitude reflect quality of the food! If the dishes are dirty? Would they resort to using left over food off people's dirty dishes. Covid made people crazy! She really pissed me off!
Third time visiting this location today and it was phenomenal!! They are so consistent with great quality and service, always so dependable when it comes to homestyle cooked meals! Tried the stuffed peppers and they rocked
