I usually place an order online at least once a month as the food is really good. I called them today to place my regular order as their website is down. I don't have a printed menu and tried to place an order for the 2 combos we usually get and the woman was so rude she hung up on me. Well you just lost a longtime customer, who places orders 1-2 times a month.

Terrible service, I tried to order on the phone for delivery. I asked first if I’m able to order or is the kitchen closed and they said they still accept delivery orders. After giving my order and providing my number and address (they cannot hear me even after I made sure I enunciated slowly), they cancelled my order.

I called the day before to order some dishes, we arrived at noon the next day, and waited almost half an hour,but not a single dish came out. I even told them I had somewhere to be after 1 PM and asked if they could speed things up, but they just cut me off and didn’t even listen. By 12:40, still nothing, while other tables around us they already get something to eat. No idea why they treated us like that, but we were so upset and running out of time，so we just left. I’m never going back to that place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.😡

Terribly rude staff. Do NOT go here! I really wanted to like this place. As an American that has lived in China for many years, I am always seeking out authentic Chinese restaurants. The server was incredibly rude! I came with my kids so I order Americanized dishes for them and authentic dishes for the adults. I ordered them sweet and sour chicken and beef with noodles and specifically said NO VEGETABLES. It came loaded with a bunch of veggies. I said that’s not what I ordered and sent it back. All they did was pick the veggies out and sent it back to the table and she had an attitude about it. I should have cancelled it all together because she has an attitude when taking the dish back when she’s the one that made the mistake. I ordered Chinese brocolli and a whole fish for me and my husband. When I ordered the fish, I asked our server about the fish at the other table. I said what is that they are having over there? She showed it to me on the menu and I said I would to order that. There were 4 adults at the table that were there during this conversation. The fish never came. She said I never ordered it and took 0 accountability. Was extremely argumentative. I’m like ok I’m done. I am not going back and forth with her and was ready to go anyway as the little bit of food I did get was terrible anyway. Never going back there again
