This is my son’s favorite restaurant! It has the best Chinese food and excellent service. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, and we often celebrate birthdays here.

Terribly rude staff. Do NOT go here! I really wanted to like this place. As an American that has lived in China for many years, I am always seeking out authentic Chinese restaurants. The server was incredibly rude! I came with my kids so I order Americanized dishes for them and authentic dishes for the adults. I ordered them sweet and sour chicken and beef with noodles and specifically said NO VEGETABLES. It came loaded with a bunch of veggies. I said that’s not what I ordered and sent it back. All they did was pick the veggies out and sent it back to the table and she had an attitude about it. I should have cancelled it all together because she has an attitude when taking the dish back when she’s the one that made the mistake. I ordered Chinese brocolli and a whole fish for me and my husband. When I ordered the fish, I asked our server about the fish at the other table. I said what is that they are having over there? She showed it to me on the menu and I said I would to order that. There were 4 adults at the table that were there during this conversation. The fish never came. She said I never ordered it and took 0 accountability. Was extremely argumentative. I’m like ok I’m done. I am not going back and forth with her and was ready to go anyway as the little bit of food I did get was terrible anyway. Never going back there again

Worse service, only smile to Cantonese and local people, the waitress is a totally racist, we were waiting food for a long time, and her attitude was very indifferent, when we paid the bill, she said u didn’t give the tips, u have to give tips, which is normal in Canada, and she said my service was good, I deserved to get tips… Don’t go to this restaurant otherwise u r local people or Cantonese 😀

First time trying this place (Chinese restaurant), and I wish I had done it sooner! They offer a great mix of Cantonese and Szechuan dishes. I ordered the shrimp with Maggi seasoning, paired with steamed rice and wonton soup. The wonton soup was light and refreshing, and the shrimp were perfectly seasoned and flavourful. Generous serving for the main dish, and both dishes were simple but done really well. The house tea was perfectly brewed, and the service was prompt and excellent. Overall, a great dining experience!

I called in to make an order and got hung up on because the person who took the call said that they were "busy" in the little English that they knew.
Extremely rude, how can this restaurant get business if they hang up on all their customers?
You guys will be losing customers this way.
Update: On August 3, 2024 I went with a few friends to eat and to my surprise they were closed because they're on vacation. Really? They're so unreliable. ?

The service was horrible the workers were just standing around arguing and my mom,brother and I were the only people there and it seemed like they didn't care so we all decided to leave without getting anything and go somewhere else

The service, unfortunately, is extremely awful. They are disrespectful, racist and have absolutely no manners. My family and I came here a few times and each time we were treated with disrespect. But we just shurged it off as, oh they're having a bad day. But the last time I was there, the owner literally said to me word for word when we walked in, "We are full. Get out of here." And she literally pointed to the door and then repeated, "get out of here." I have never been treated with such disrespect. We will definitely never be coming back. And I'm sorry to say, but my friends were also customers and after I told them my experience, they also vowed to never return. You don't talk to ANYONE like that. We were just there to have a joyful pleasant evening. If you're fully booked, you could have easily NICELY told me that you're full and we are welcome to wait for 45+ minutes if we want. No one would, obviously, wait that long and we wouldn've left anyway. Very rude and disrespectful. Doesn't matter how good your food is. If your service is garbage, then your food isn't worth it. Please do better. We ended up going to Shin Shin accross the street and it was SO delicious! It's out new favourite place.
