At 4:25 pm February 21st I called to place an order for pickup. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and persisted on rushing my order. I attempted to ask several times if it came with an egg roll but was interrupted everytime with "so do you want dinna fo two or what"?. To which I replied yes but can you please tell me if it comes with egg rolls? She then proceeded to hang up the phone. I called back assuming it was some sort of mistake and she hung up the phone again. I then placed the order online and had my girlfriend pick up the food shortly after. We received chewy almost unedible chicken, soggy and what seemed like microwaved egg rolls and the chicken fried rice was literally hard. I tried giving this place a chance because thier prices were maybe $5 cheaper then some of the competition but I guess the saying stands (you get what you pay for). Hopefully this helps someone not waste thier time or money.

The owners are jerks they totally messed up our order and wouldn't deliver the missing stuff only on next order. Their promises to make it right never were made good!!!! I will never use this restaurant ever again. Manager is dishonest and has no respect for customers ?????????

Ordered food for a work meeting to be delivered at a certain time. 20 minutes past the delivery window I called to let them know it hadn't arrived yet. All the person who answered would say is that they were very busy and it was going out now. I accepted that as they may well have been very busy. Another hour passed and food had still not arrived. I phoned again to let them know and explained that it was supposed to be delivered for a work meeting and more than an hour had passed after expected delivery time. Again all that was repeated was they were so busy. I asked if they planned on doing anything to accommodate for the lateness. Again all I got was "we're very busy". Food arrived 10 minutes later. Cold and not very good. Grease pouring out of eggrolls, food had little to no flavour. A complete waste. I would not recommend. Nor will we be ordering again.

We have been searching for a new Chinese restaurant for several years until Ming’s came highly recommended. We love authentic Chinese food and it is fantastic each time we visit. Every dish has its own flavour and perfectly presented. The greatest thing is that the owner and all staff are so wonderful. The restaurant is frequented by many Chinese people which I think is a great sign. We love to look at the dishes that they order and then the wonderful waitstaff make suggestions based there off. They also have Chinese food that most Canadian people might like as well, but we are so thankful we found our new favourite spot. It is a wonderful spot for family or Staff. This place is the best.

Food is excellent here and the prices are great! only reason I gave it 4 stars for service is because of the older lady not sure if she’s the owner seems to be but she’s always rushing you to order gets easily frustrated if you start asking questions and she don’t hide it either, also it’s just not me, I really enjoy the food there so I recommended it to friends, one of them brought her parents, her mom did not have a good experience with the older lady from the restaurant again she felt like she was being rushed to order & like the lady got mad at her. She said she loved the food there but she will not be going back because of the experience she had with the lady. I still order or go in because the food IS good but hope the younger waitress serves us or answers the phone she’s always so sweet and kind, very friendly.
