The taste was alright not so great and as per the prices given quantity was very less. I would not recommend and would not prefer to visit again.

So disappointing when you go out excited for good food and end up regretting it.
The food lacked the authentic Hakka flavor and tasted bland. The dishes were oily and didn’t seem freshly prepared. We Ordered Chicken drumsticks and the bone part was so cold; it seems didn’t defrosted well. Also tried Spicy garlic fish and all you can taste is strong soya sauce.
For the price they charge, I’d expect at least decent taste and freshness. Totally disappointing experience — not going back.

Disgusting, you can literally see human hair, we pulled out from the soup also a small piece of plastic which is visible on the plate. There's no server to even attend this issue.

Not at all good experience. We order Veg Manchurian Noodles and they just add 5 pieces of Manchurian. Veg Manchau soup in a green color and with cauliflower. Not having a good customer service experience. Didn’t gave bag for a container, that guy doesn’t even greets.

They need to work on their customer service. I order food from here regularly and they have made an error in my order so may times. When you call into put in an order they are always in a rush. Couple of times I was still talking while they hung up on me. You are taking an order be patient and give the customer time. If you are in rush so are others. I recommend tge place to a few of my white friends and they were not happy with customer service either

Food is great, as long as you know what you are getting.
Server hides in the back and whenever we need to tell them something, we have to go get them.

I recently ordered takeout from Mirchi and wanted to share my experience! I tried the Chili chicken, Fried rice, and Chicken Lollipop. The service was good. It was easy to call and order food, and the food was ready when I arrived. No wait.

The Chilli Chicken was a bit too sour for my taste. It seemed like there was a lot of vinegar in the gravy, which made it hard for us to enjoy.

On a positive note, the fried rice was quite nice! It had a mild flavor that we actually liked and enjoyed.

As for the chicken lollipop, it was ok. It had a bit more spice and sauce than I prefer, but it wasn’t too bad.

Overall, I was a bit disappointed. The prices are similar to other places, but sadly, the flavors didn’t quite hit the mark for me. I think I’ll explore other options next time.

We had a bad experience second time about the service. It’s terrible as we ordered the food and when they were serving us the roti’s they were only giving 2 roti’s at a time for 6 persons but still their food is delicious but they have to work up on their service to attract the customers. Please!!!!!!!

the service is very slow. Even though we ordered before they still excuse that they are only two people one is cook and one is server. If you want to run the restaurant, hire more people. This is not how any restaurant works. Food is good no doubt.

scam ! don’t order any food from here ! i ordered one manchurian paneer today but when i opened the box and looked at the quantity it was not even full ! so disappointed ! it has happened many times with this restaurant! their price is so much and they can’t even provide proper quantity of food ! so sad ! thay charge $18 for this and i am adding the pictures as well ! don’t get food from here ! wastage of money totally ! we have complained many times but these greedy people never improve !

We Order chicken manchurian which was uncooked chicken . I Called out owner she took away food and gave us another chicken manchurian which was as awful as first one . Then I decided not to get it another time . Upon paying out bill i had a chat with owner and let her know about the problem and explained that i also have some kitchen experience in respond to that she said thats the reason you are criticising our food . Thats not the response I expected. Instead of giving us discount on food or even non payment for food . She charged us full amount. It’s a request to owner take this in consideration as its a serious for his/her business. I know that it will not get affected if I don’t go there anymore but it will affect in future. Hope this helps .
