This was a place I’d go to every single week. Haven’t been there in a few months but I was really feeling their fattoush salad with chicken shawarma on top.
My first disappointment was how they kept the same price to the bowls but made them smaller. Second disappointment was that the changed up their chicken. I’m not sure if the owner is not the same or they just changed the recipe but the chicken is no longer seasoned the same nor is it as juicy. The fattoush was decent but they were light on the sauce. I was very disappointed especially as a long term customer who used to purchase the chicken by the lbs.
Hopefully they improve and go back to old recipe and consider changing their prices since they shrunk their bowls.

They make their own pita on a Tambora. Mine was a bit gummy but good. He put very little sauses on mine but I will ask for more if I go back. They have 2 dif sizes small is less meat. 9.99. lrg is more. If I return I will have them cók the dough longer . All in all very good.. try it.

Hands down the BEST shawarma in Windsor! My husband had it at work and raved about it so much that we drove across town from Tecumseh to Huron Church just so I could try it for myself and WOW, it was worth every minute of the drive.
They make the tortilla fresh right in front of you (such a cool touch!), and the beef was juicy, full of flavor, and honestly unlike any shawarma I’ve ever had before. The fries were crispy with real potato skins on the ends (NYF vibes!) and the fatoush salad was perfection with its fresh veggies and amazing dressing.
If you’re in Windsor (or even if you’re not!), Monaco Shawarma is 100% worth the trip. You’ve got to eat here!

The customer service was very poor. No smiles, no greetings, no accommodating food requests. I ordered a chicken schwarma because they wouldn’t accommodate a tabouli sandwich (wrap). The schwarma was very oily and the wrap was so chewy it was hard to eat. I ordered hummus with pita and the pita is so chewy it’s not edible. I recommend better customer service, accommodating food requests when what you have is readily available, and stop doing what you’re doing to the wraps. I will not be returning.

Honestly the best shawarma I’ve ever had! The fresh bread they make with the authentic flavors makes it unbeatable. My forever go-to spot for shawarma! Definitely recommend! 🤤
I ordered from Monaco last night on my way home. Not only was the food fantastic. The customer service went above and beyond. When I got home I was so sad because I realized everything but the shawarma I ordered was in the bag and it was now 10 to 10...they close at 10. I called, hoping maybe I could get a small refund or rain cheque or something. But before I could even ask they said... yeah I thought I put them in the bag, so... where do you live? I told them and he then said ok Im going to drive these over to you. 15 minutes later I have my shawarma and a wonderful suprise of a 4 piece baklava! completely not necassary but very welcomed. Thanks for a great dinner Monaco and for the even better Customer Service!

I ordered from Monaco last night on my way home. Not only was the food fantastic. The customer service went above and beyond. When I got home I was so sad because I realized everything but the shawarma I ordered was in the bag and it was now 10 to 10...they close at 10. I called, hoping maybe I could get a small refund or rain cheque or something. But before I could even ask they said... yeah I thought I put them in the bag, so... where do you live? I told them and he then said ok Im going to drive these over to you. 15 minutes later I have my shawarma and a wonderful suprise of a 4 piece baklava! completely not necassary but very welcomed. Thanks for a great dinner Monaco and for the even better Customer Service!
