Very nice people. I also love how it's less than even 3 mins from where I live. My wife and I enjoy their shawarmas. I like getting their big shawarmas. I get beef shawarmas. My might get either chicken, or beef, or mixed shawarma. I've also had falafel from them and enjoyed it. I think the prices for shawarmas are fair for both the quality and quantity you get from them. I recommend this spot.

Edit:
I contacted the email in the reply and this time was much better. I appreciate them listening to feedback.
Ordered a chicken shawarma, and the chicken was all fat pieces with tendons on them. It was the worst chicken I've ever had. I've had this happen to me before too. It's a shame because I used to go here a lot in the past and the chicken was always high quality, but this is inexcusable.

I think this place is so close to being great. The food tastes good. But there is a few things that desperately need improvement. The chef reminds me of the "no soup for you" guy. The wraps look awesome, but they're so thin and fall apart and flakes fly all over. Keep the wraps, but double wrap them. Took 5 minutes just to put our wraps in a bag and hand them to us with 2 workers right there. 5 stars was an easy fix and an obvious one. I'll come back and change my review because I could see you guys cared and were trying.

EDIT/UPDATE:
I reached out to them via email as per their response on this review. They offered complimentary shawarma wrap and also shawarma rolls. I must say, it was exceptional in taste this time. Very well cooked to the right texture and taste. The shawarma wraps I ordered last night was not chewable and seemed stale, but the complimentary wraps were not only made to perfection but also were way tastier than before. I am also going to attach pictures of today's meal.
I appreciate the response and effort of team monaco shawarma!
Original review
Placed an order of shawarma and beef spring rolls for delivery. The rolls were literally burnt. They were very oily, and literally half of the whole box was burnt rolls.
Shawarma tasted fine but they grilled it too much and the saj bread was way crispier than it usually is/should be for the shawarma.
Very disappointed.

My husband and I saw a sign in front of the restaurant advertising chicken shawarma and gyros for $7 so we decided to order gyros. We told the man who took our order that we wanted 2 gyros. He informed us that the gyros were made of chicken. We were dissapointed because we were hoping for beef gyros, but we decided to give it a try. While the man was making our sandwiches, we noticed that he was cutting chicken shawarma. We told him again that we wanted gyros. He shook his head like he understood and continued to make our sandwich with the chicken shawarma meat. Both of the men who were working on our sandwiches were very rude and unfriendly. We should have just left, but we were hungry and in a rush. The sandwiches were ok. They tasted like rotisserie chicken, not the gyros we hoped for. Just because you use gyro bread and put tazikki sauce, does not make a gyro a gyro. Gyro meat is the star of the sandwich, and this restaurant left us feeling very disappointed. We won't be back.

Stopped into Monaco today for lunch and had a great experience. By far the best schwarma I've had in Windsor. The workers are super friendly and the food is amazing. I'll definitely be back!
