Extremely delicious, the bread was fresh and meat was juicy. I love that the saj sandwich was grilled on all sides, not a lot of places put in the effort to make a sandwich as delicious as this. Definitely one of the best in Windsor. I hate to see negative reviews because this place surpassed my expectations and I will definitely be coming back.

I am regular costumer here but today will be last day spending any money at this place due to the service. I was getting my regular shawarma when THEY messed up my order missing items and tried to be a smart ass/mouth when leaving the establishment. They’re fools and little kids by acting like that and lost and returning costumer. This is a BUSINESS, not a highschool learn how to maintain it and build loyal customers.

Don’t even know where to begin All of our food was garbage. I suppose it’s not clean as I got a chicken meal and it was mixed with beef pieces The rice is sooooo spicy you cannot eat it which was awful as we ordered it for our kids There is so much more but not worth their reply to everyone so negativley they need to adjust and listen to feed back

I felt uncomfortable the entire time. The many positive reviews I read beforehand did not reflect my experience in any way. For me, this place was a waste of time and money.

I’m really disappointed with this order. I’ve ordered from here before, but this time the portions were unbelievably small. I ordered a large rice and the container wasn’t even half full. The meat portion was tiny, dry, and burnt, and the fries were also barely filled. For the price, this quality and portion size make no sense.
I notice a decline in their quality and portion size but this order really was unacceptable. This will be my last time ordering from them
Update after owner response: Thank you for responding. I understand delivery apps take a cut, but that doesn’t change the portion size or quality I received. I can only review based on what was delivered to me, and the food I got was not at the standard I’ve had from you before. I’m glad others may have better experiences, but this one wasn’t acceptable for the price or portion. I appreciate the reply, but I’ll be sticking with my review.
Most recent update: I decided to give them another chance and I’m glad I did. This order was a much better experience and I was genuinely satisfied with what I received this time. The portions and quality were what I hoped for and everything tasted great.
