Just ordered here and my server name was Melissa and the poutine was okay but their hygienic service need improvement and not man-handling our food and watched her serve 4 others and touch her face and cashier and proceed to grab our chicken bare hand fries. Very dissatisfied

Not gonna lie it was dead like a ghost town should have been my first red flag Lady was sweet the one I think was a mute never said a word lol when I got home with our food it was like watered down gravy and they wrapped our pepsi weird lol and I been on the toilet ever since !! Spent 70 dollars on 3 jumbo poutines. The weight of the two on top of the 3rd one crushed it and leaked the hot gravy all over my wife's lap. If could give 0 stars I would. Service was extremely slow, 2 people working one standing there watching the other. Very disappointed and will be the last time I order food from here.

Very disappointing. A French fry/chip place that doesn’t have finger was bad enough but then get my fries and they were not fresh and barely warm. Won’t be back.

Paid $94.30 for two wraps, two waffle fries, one loaded poutine and one 12 piece chikcen chuck meal. Outrageously priced. Waited 25 minutes for food and the fries were still cold! Waffle fries were unseasoned. Very disappointing meal.

One of the worst poutines I've ever had in my life! Fries were very undercooked and got stuck in my throat, gravy was water and had a funny smell and taste to it, and the cheese wasn't even real cheese curds. I took off the onions and offered it to my dogs, but they wouldn't even eat a bite. They knew just from the smell not to eat it

Everything was wrong. It was a challenge to interact with either employee. It took such a long time to order a relatively non complicated order and then every single item 4/4 had something bizarrely wrong with it. You can’t serve like a fast food restaurant and charge like your not :()

I ordered the country pulled pork poutine with extra pulled pork and ended up getting a chicken dill poutine. I brought it back to the counter , and received my new poutine, it was made the right away but not with the extra pulled pork i payed for. and on top of that, the pulled pork i did have was freezing cold. one of the staff was having a loud conversation on the phone on the other side of the counter, the person she was talking to was on speaker phone while me and my boyfriend were trying to eat. the staff did not clarify my order after they didn’t understand me, and the environment wasn’t the best

This is the second time I have ordered Trudeauly Sorry and the order has come with white potato fries. The description says sweet potato fries. I expect to get sweet potato fries. Also, the fries were cold and dried out both times. I ordered using doordash and there is no option to change what kind of fries it comes with, or much anything else, so it wasn't an ordering mistake.

Did not even get the chance to try the food. Walked in to order for take out as I was on my lunch and this location is close by. Yelled 3 times to try and get the 2 workers in the back attention as I could heat them having a full blown personal conversation. Waited 10 mins no one came to the counter and left. No customer should have to yell 3 times to get a workers attention to come out of the back of the store. Will never bother trying taters now after that experience.
