I had a great experience at More Taters! I ordered the buffalo chicken fries, and they were delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly sauced. The service was also excellent. Komal helped me with my order and was very kind, helpful, and attentive. Overall, great food and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I brought my daughter and niece to the Walker road location for dinner tonight and it was the worst service and quality of food I have ever experienced. We have ordered previously from this location and never had an issue. My niece loved the Chicken strips and we ordered the 7pc for her. Please see that picture attached if what they tried to give me. I asked for a refund and was refused. The worker offered to pay for it out of her own pocket but she should not be responsible for that

I placed an online order with a scheduled pickup time. When I arrived at that time, my order hadn’t even been started. I waited an additional 20+ minutes for two poutines and one sandwich.
While waiting, I watched the employee handle the iPads, cash register, phone, and sauce bottles, then immediately prepare my sandwich with bare hands. At no point did she wash her hands or put on gloves. This is basic food-safety 101 and was frankly disgusting to witness.
When I finally received the order, the food was cold and bland, and in no way worth the wait.
Poor time management, poor food quality, and unacceptable food handling practices. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

This was a huge letdown. The food was subpar for the price—definitely not worth what they charge for a burger and poutine.
However, the biggest issue was the lack of basic hygiene. I watched the waitress preparing our food and she never washed her hands. She touched our food, handled utensils, answered a phone call, and even retied her hair, all without washing up once. It was honestly stomach-turning and completely unacceptable for any restaurant.
I hope the owners address this, because food safety should never be optional.

Portion is so small compared to the price. Taste is not that good. I can only taste the honey sauce. It says there is mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, but as shown in the picture there is barely seen cheese. This is my first time ordering. I did not like it. Portion should be either equivalent to the value or cheaper. Cheese and whatever listed should be added fairly. Thats why the taste isn’t nice.

Cashier said that is correct, show her my order, she proceeds to put whole pepperoni on it, I say its shredded pepperoni she said this is what we use. Not gonna lie it was dead like a ghost town should have been my first red flag Lady was sweet the one I think was a mute never said a word lol when I got home with our food it was like watered down gravy and they wrapped our pepsi weird lol and I been on the toilet ever since !! Spent 70 dollars on 3 jumbo poutines. The weight of the two on top of the 3rd one crushed it and leaked the hot gravy all over my wife's lap. If could give 0 stars I would. Service was extremely slow, 2 people working one standing there watching the other. Very disappointed and will be the last time I order food from here.
