I don’t recommend this place to anyone I came in today at 7:00 pm and got a pretzel don’t know what the name was, but I wanted to give it a try. I tried half of it. And out of 1 to 10 it’s 1/10 because it was food poisoning My stomach was hurting my head was hurting and I just would not recommend this to anyone but that’s my overall rating 1 stars

Stopped by Mr. Pretzels in Windsor with the family and had a great experience. The pretzels were super tasty. I tried the italian spices pretzel and My boys absolutely loved the cinnamon bites they got. The staff were super friendly too, very, very talkative.

We always stop by whenever we're at the mall. Their tasty pretzels are fresh, hot and delicious! The staff is super friendly and they are constantly working hard to keep a good rotation of pretzels coming in and out of the oven! Great service and a wonderful selection of flavours (sweet & savory)!
