I am really disappointed with the food and service that my friend received from this location today around 7 p.m. I work in the restaurant and food industry myself, and I have never heard of an owner treating a customer this way. The phone was on speaker, and our entire friend group heard the conversation. There were quite a few of us, so any negative impression the owner made is entirely his own doing. My friend asked politely about the issues with the pizza, but the owner dismissed the concerns as if he were running the #1 restaurant in Windsor. I am amazed that an owner could be so rude and arrogant when a customer is simply offering feedback or making a complaint. We even offered to come back so he could inspect the pizza himself, but he hung up the phone. He said his name was “James,” though I highly doubt that. Our dinner was ruined because the owner could not set aside his pride. I truly hope other Naples locations are not like this one. I am extremely disappointed. Please learn to be kind and patient with your customers.

My daughter ordered a pizza tonight from this location, she had a group of friends over and wanted to have a pizza and movie night. Until the nigh was ruined by the OWNER with his rude and unprofessional service. Mind u we paid $37 for a large pizza, for it to taste with nothing. We called to ask if they had all the ingredients right, but we were faced with the owner asking us if we were wrong. We offered to go back and let them check the pizza cause we were not lying! Instead he hung up the phone. Who does that?!? I’m very disappointed, the owner should learn how to communicate with his customers and be respectful. Do better!

I would like to recognise Amit Gautam for his amazing customer service. He always goes beyond his limits to meet customer satisfaction. The taste of the pizza is amazing. Every time I go there he greet me with a smile. Highly recommend to visit this place!!

We recently ordered for a large party. Our guests wanted to know where we ordered from; one of the best pizzas we have had . Customer service was top notch. So friendly. I called a few times with different questions and to update party numbers. They were so lovely and helpful. Thank you for being so wonderful and patient . We will definitely be back !
I don’t usually go out of my way to leave complaints, but this place has pushed me to my limit. I tried calling an hour and a half before they closed—an hour and a half!—and not once did they pick up. Not once! What kind of restaurant just stops answering the phone when they still have that much time left on the clock? If you don’t want to take orders past a certain time, then say that somewhere. But no, instead, they just let the phone ring endlessly or probably just ignore it altogether. And honestly, this is just one issue on top of many. The service is already bad when you go in person, so I should have known better. They act like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order, like it’s such an inconvenience for them to do their literal job. I’ve had times where I stood at the counter for a solid five minutes while employees just walked past me, not even acknowledging that I was there. And don’t even get me started on how slow they are—how does it take 45 minutes for a simple order? It’s not even like they’re busy half the time; I’ve been there when the place is practically empty, and they still move at a snail’s pace. And when you finally get your food? Hit or miss. Sometimes it’s decent, but most of the time, it’s either lukewarm, soggy, or just plain wrong. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve gotten the wrong order, missing toppings, or some other mistake that they don’t even bother to fix properly. The last time I tried to complain about it, they acted like it was my fault for expecting my order to be right. So now, after giving this place way too many chances, I try to just call ahead. And guess what? They won’t even answer the phone. Seriously, if you’re open until a certain time, then act like it. Otherwise, just close the place early and stop wasting people’s time. At this point, I’m done. There are way better places around that actually care about their customers instead of acting like it’s a chore to run a business. Would not recommend.

They made a mistake on the toppings and they forgot our caesar salad that cost $14, and it was made with iceberg lettuce instead of romaine lettuce. The pizzas are ok, need to be more mindful how to cook the pizza and how to cut the vegetables.

Usually had okay pizza here. But ordered here last night my pizza tasted like it was cook on cigarettes. The pizza was not burnt but tasted awful. Called to let them know and they didn't do much other than saying thanks for letting us know
