A fabulous coffee house; pleasant decor, friendly personnel and the most creative little foodie delights. We were visiting from the UK and had been told to try..,.so glad we did! The cheese & chive sconewich was fab as was the lemon & lavender cake. Merchandising, produce and plants also for sale. Loved our visit.

It’s a quality place and while not cheap there are very few quality non-Franchise coffee shops or bakeries in Windsor. This is one of the best places to go in the city.

Best coffee shop in Windsor! When I travel I look for great coffee and amazing baked goods. It's rare to find both in one shop. That said, If you're looking for a great coffee and an amazing baked good, this is the best place in Windsor to visit. The environment is charming and welcoming. You will not be disappointed. The Earl Grey sugar cookie and Americano combo is to die for. All of the baked goods are amazing. They also sell Chance Coffee (The best locally roasted coffee in Windsor)... buy a bag of Chance Beans and some treats for later, you'll be happy you did

Now three locations strong, Anchor is my morning go to for coffee and an occasional treat. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The food is made fresh, locally sourced and absolutely delicious. The coffee is always on point. And each location is always spotless. If it’s your first time checking them out be sure to try any (or all) of these: Breakfast: Bacon & Egg Bagel (with an amazing aioli on a house made bagel of course! Get the cheddar jalapeño) Or if you are at their Walkerville location experience the life altering Sconewhich (you’re welcome) Baked Good: Almond Coconut Bar Coffee: Chance Ethiopian Specialty Drink: Mocha (also life changing, trust me!)
