My wife's steak was overcooked. The waiter took it back to have a new steak cooked and it took longer to cook the replacement than it did to cook the original. I was completely finished with my meal by the time they brought out her new steak. They added cremini mushrooms (on the side) but she detests mushrooms (fail). Manager comped us dessert

The service was excellent. We thought it odd there was no bread brought to the table before the meal. I have never been to a steakhouse where they did not bring bread with really good butter.

Anna the hostess was very friendly and courteous and took time to make us feel very special. Brad the server was outstanding explaining the menu with ease and helping Ev pick out a wine. Our water glasses were constantly full. Brad was always smiling and welcoming. We are looking forward to a return visit

The service was exceptional and our steak and lobster special was delicious! Great value for the price! Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys fine dining!

Received the wrong steak but already took long enough that I did not want to wait for the right one. Ordered tenderloin and got striploin. Not the best steak nor what I came for. Friend of mines steak was overcooked so they had to remake it - took 25 minutes.

Food was horrible. The service was extremely slow. I couldn't get a refill on my drink. It took two hours for us to get in and out of there. they wouldn't tweak any of the dishes so no substitutions on sides (for example they would not let me substitute a baked potato for mashed potato, even though both were on the menu.) they wouldn't butterfly the steak. Very inflexible. I will not be returning.

Had prime rib and it was ok but very fatty. Lamb chops with 3 cuts and the one was completely fat and no meat. Hard to believe a chef would not notice that. That was so bad. I don't think there is one good explanation. View of Detroit River was perfect.

Decided we would go to Nero's for our 50th wedding anniversary meal. Checked online and found their special of a meal for $49.95. Surf and turf, asparagus, mashed potatoes. Good deals so we kept that in mind.
Two hours later we attended Nero's for our dinner, ordered that meal and enjoyed it along with a couple of drinks. When the bill came it was $74.95 per meal. We mentioned it to the server, showed it to her online and she did not care and did nothing about it. We paid the bill because we don't do well with confrontation and left. So, be aware that you could be charged $25 per plate more than advertised. Very poor way to run a business. Food was on par between The Keg and Montana's. We did leave a tip in excess of 15% on the higher amount.

My husband and I attended Nero’s for the prime rib special. We were pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the food and service. It actually exceeded our expectations, the prime rib was done exactly to order, shrimp cocktail and French onion soup exceptional.
Deborah, our server, was professional and had perfect timing in delivering our courses to the table.

Nero’s has a great atmosphere but subpar food for the price that you pay. My fiance and I were here early to our reservation and when asked if they had seating available they told us no that we had to wait for our designated dinner time (never had that said to us before anywhere). So we were going to cancel but miraculously they had a table open. When we sat down they had numerous open seating so that in itself was off putting. Took a little bit longer to get our drinks since the bar was “busy”. When the waiter came back we were going to put in our appetizer/starter but he just immediately left. So the service wasn’t that great to say the least for what we paid. Also, the food was just ok. I’ve had better food for much less actually. I wouldn’t even call this place luxury dinning. I would say it’s mediocre and $59 for a ribeye that was DRY is definitely not ok. Probably won’t ever go back here. Only thing I’m happy for is that now I know where not to eat at when we go to Caesars. Do yourself a favor and just go to Spago…

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service at Neros was surprisingly bad this Saturday evening. The restaurant was not busy at 7:50pm when we were seated, and more than 50% of the seats were empty.

We ordered at 7:55pm, and waited 45 minutes for our food, finally receiving it at 8:40pm. There was no complimentary bread as there had been before.

Our server forgot our wine, and later apologized profusely for the mistake.

The entire operation felt very corporate, the staff left us with the impression that they did not care that much, and the entire experience had us longing for the quality of service that a local restaurant would have easily provided. I do not recommend Neros.

I made a reservation for 9:30pm. There were slots open up till 10:30pm. When we got seated, it took about 15 mins for our waitress to even come to our table. When she did, she had a sour look on her face, poured water in our cups and walked away without saying a word. We got up to use the bathroom since it had now be 25 mins and no one asked us anything about food or drinks and as soon as we got to the stairs, someone was clearing our table. The waitress came back and asked us if we were ready to order. We asked for the meatballs, but they were not available because they closed in 20 mins, half the menu was unavailable due to this reason. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. 5☆ disappointment is all we received there. The sports bar Legends was way more friendly! I do not recommend neros at all to anyone!
