This is our first time to Windsor and to the Windsor Caesar Casino. Our dinner at Nero's was a wonderful dinner experience. We both ate the roast beef dinner and it was delicious. Nero's is on the top of places to eat the next time in town.

We arrived 20 minutes before our reservation. The host allowed us to be seated early. He seated us in a nice area where we could view the river. However, the host failed to inform the servers that we were in the area where he had seated us! After waiting between 10-15 minutes for someone to at least take our drink orders, my husband went to locate someone to help us. Our server, followed him back to our table apologizing and telling us noone told the staff that we were there! He was awesome!!

Waiter was great and very attentive. We wanted the prime rib but since we had late reservations this item was already sold old. He suggested something similar. It was just as amazing. It was our anniversary and they gave us a Chocolate Mousse to share. ❤️

I found it very expensive. Much more than usual. I realize prices have gone up but I really felt it last night. For that price and they took away bread for starters is really sad!!

We visited Nero’s for the first time, and we had a good experience. The food was good, and we had great service - thanks to Andrea for making our dinner very pleasant! The only thing we noticed was the steaks didn’t come with anything extra - we understand this is meant to be a ‘higher end’ level restaurant, but a couple of carrots or vegetables on the side would have been nice, as other casino steakhouses do. It’s a small thing, so not really a big deal- we would return!

We wrote it on the reservation We were greeted and made to feel special. Nice dessert at the end of the meal as well. Service was incredible. That's what brought us back. This time was our anniversary. Again written on the reservation. This time no acknowledgment at all service was mediocre at best. Our server was not as attentive as we expected. No acknowledgment of our special day. We will not return in the near future. Too many other more affordable and nicer restaurants in the area.
Thank you to Pete who made our dinning experience so memorable. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing. One of our party gushed that it was ‘the best ribeye I have ever had.' This is truly our favourite restaurant in all of Windsor and area. We will be back again soon! Thank-you so much. Jason & Robin.
