We visited Nero’s for the first time, and we had a good experience. The food was good, and we had great service - thanks to Andrea for making our dinner very pleasant! The only thing we noticed was the steaks didn’t come with anything extra - we understand
this is meant to be a ‘higher end’ level restaurant, but a couple of carrots or vegetables on the side would have been nice, as other casino steakhouses do. It’s a small thing, so not really a big deal- we would return!

Honestly it was an easily forgotten meal The food was good as always but service was just average Our last visit was my birthday. We wrote it on the reservation We were greeted and made to feel special. Nice dessert at the end of the meal as well. Service was incredible. That's what brought us back. This time was our anniversary. Again written on the reservation. This time no acknowledgment at all service was mediocre at best. Our server was not as attentive as we expected. No acknowledgment of our special day. We will not return in the near future. Too many other more affordable and nicer restaurants in the area.
Thank you to Pete who made our dinning experience so memorable. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing. One of our party gushed that it was ‘the best ribeye I have ever had.' This is truly our favourite restaurant in all of Windsor and area. We will be back again soon! Thank-you so much. Jason & Robin.
Very disappointed that you do not get a basket of assorted rolls with your meal! Everything is was top notch!
Food was great and having specials that included some additional side items was a better value. We appreciated that. Well done
We celebrated a friend's 60th birthday. Great food and excellent service from Jennie. Lovely evening!
Always a 5 star experience at Nero's. The food was perfect. Our server, Jen, was at the top of her game as always. Her attention to detail and professionalism never disappoints. You will definitely see us again soon.
Overall food and service are good. However, if you are going to a show, make sure you have ample time, like at least 2 1/2 hours as the kitchen is quite slow, even though we had informed our server that we were going for the show. We could not enjoy our meal as it should be.

Reservation @ 6:30 seated at 6:40 ordered their Prime rib special as it was priced right. Prime rib is cooked ahead of time not at time of order so why did it take 40 minutes to arrive at 7:30? Mashed potatoes and 4 stalks of asparagus. When we told our waitress we had 8:00 tickets to see a show she gave the impression of whatever. Food came and I requested to go containers and the check. She came back with containers and the bill. Always had great service in the past but this time was a true disappointment and the last time eating at Neros before a show.
We loved this place . The food was great . My husband thinks it may have been the best French onion soup he’s had . The ahi tuna app was delicious . We both ordered the prime rib . They spice the crust with a house made steak spice and it was so very tasty . We were also given a complimentary crostini with olive tapenade and goat cheese and it was incredible . Our server Milan was very knowledgeable and made recommendations. He gave perfect service ! Will def go again if in Windsor .

Dinner went amazing. We have made a reservation and got the window seat like we hoped so. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and made the whole experience feel special. I also really appreciated the atmosphere, it is elegant but relaxed, and not loud at all, which made it perfect for having a proper conversation. Food came out fast. Everything from the service to the setting felt just right. I was happy to get the window seat because the view of the river is wonderful! For all dessert lovers out there, cheesecake is a must try!

I’ve eaten at Nero’s every time I’ve stayed at the casino. Usually share a couple of apps, the Porterhouse, and a couple of sides. But this time my partner and I opted to try their Prime Rib special on Saturday. We both asked for medium-rare, I specifically asked for a cut that’s close to rare as possible— while the presentation looked nice, the prime rib was almost grey in colour and nowhere near medium-rare (I wish I had taken a photo) the sides that I chosen were room temp.. My partners piece seemed to have a bit more colour, but his side was also room temp. I’ve addressed my concern to our server and he assured me it was indeed “med-rare” although he agreed that the grey colour didn’t reflect the cook on it. Usually I would send back the food, but the server was nice and replaced our sides.
Overall, it was a very underwhelming meal. My partner is a prime rib enthusiast and had always wanted to try it at Nero’s. It fell way below our expectations.

The steak was not cooked as I ordered. It had a weird taste like it was spoiled. The baked potato was cold. The Caesar salad had no flavor. The overall food was not good at all. We did not even get any bead. The service was good. The grilled shrimp were the best part of the meal. I like for it to be cold in a restaurant but it was freezing. I would never go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Filet and lobster tails was delicious and cooked perfectly. The Caesar salad was odd it had peameal bacon which didn't pair well with the salad for us, prefer saltier bacon. Service was excellent.
Value for the Wednesday Special menu was very good, food very good, atmosphere nice. Though it wasn't very busy we felt like our dinner was rushed. Waiter was good but not particularly personable. We would have enjoyed our evening more if we had more time between courses as it was a lot of food.
