Had a classic poutine, it was not good… cheese did not melt, too much sauce.

The fries & gravy are the best in the city . But I haven't had them for a long time so I rate this based on all past experiences enjoying them. Hoping to get some tomor, I'll update this comment if my experience in taste changes.

This was my go-place to eat at on my break ( I work at the mall) and I’ve been coming here for years . I got a poutine yesterday and it was room-temperature gravy ( it’s usually steaming hot ) and they barely put fries… so I thought ok maybe they’re just having a bad day ( it happens) but then today I got the poutine again and again it was room- temperature and the fries weren’t FULLY COOKED. Honestly disappointing because because it was one of the ONLY places I could eat at the mall then NEVER use to disappoint me. :(

Nice and clean and very pleasant to deal with.
Ordered snack pack fries for my wife and a snack pack poutine with a root beer drink.
Just over $16.
Fries were good but Deb’s Place on Grand Marais W are much better.
As for the poutine, well I would pass because it is the furthest from a real poutine.

Absolutly loved the poutine and It made me so happy to see fully paper cups instead of paper cups with plastic lids. This is how we work towards a better future!! Thank you new york fries!

There was a time when they used to be good. Unfortunately the quality has declined and the prices have gone up.

Food was on par, fresh, hot and tastyService was sub-par, cashier was moody and not customer oriented however the employee completing the order was friendly and personableAtmosphere is what you'd expect in a mall Food court setting.

I Went in there today, 20 mins before the mall closes. If you are closed you tell me you are closed for the day, simple as that.The lady at cash needs to stop making faces and being so rude. This is not the first time I have experienced this at this location. The staff is clearly not happy doing their job, instead of giving out good customer service she has just dumped my fries in the box soaking wet in oil. She is an elderly lady, but too rude to be there and ruining others day. When I spend my money, atleast give me some value to it.

I went to this restaurant at the mall for the first time last Saturday it was great I got a small cheese fries ? and I loved it so I recommend it and next time I'll maybe get a hot dog and cheese poutine

Pros.DeliciousProperty cooked and prepared.Cons.NonHad a craving for some amazing fires and gravey. I was not disappointed. Staff was fantastic.

A regular fry and a pop is $10, which isn't bad. But the fries are not the same as 20 years ago. They're thinner! They're still good but not as good as I remember.

Vegetarian options: Fries are vegetarian, it just depends what you put on them.
