Came here 2 weeks ago with a colleague. Ordered the calamari for appetizers. Had the Papparadelle Al Ragu Bianco and the funghi pizza. Both were excellent. The service was great and Keanna was excellent. Highly recommend!! Don’t forget to follow me!!

Been to Nico’s a few times. Food is good, atmosphere is great.Service is decent and some of the waitresses lack knowledge of knowing the menu.Cake cutting fee should be standardised instead of $5 a person.

Had a late dinner here.The food was delicious and the service was great. I didn’t like to have to “pay” for parking in their lot though. The food was not cheap so parking could have been included.

This experience was incredible from the moment we entered the building up until our departure. The service was impeccable and all the food was outstanding! The interior is much larger than it seems from the outside, and there’s numerous areas for people to sit with groups of any size. We outrageously over ordered because it felt too unfortunate not to. I woke up the next day to some of the best leftovers I can remember.

So disappointed. My first time at Nico's and I left hungry. Two and a half hours for two people is ridiculous. Felt ignored by our waitress as she chatted up with friends who arrived after us, but somehow got their entrees, desserts, drinks, and cheque before we could even ask for dessert. Neither of us enjoyed or ate our desserts, but only one was taken off. And sitting at the bar in front of the espresso machine kinda lost it's appeal pretty quickly. My main entree was pretty good except for the watery chimichurri. And our water was only refilled once and that's because we asked. I was so looking forward to tonight. What a let down, especially for the price!!

Really enjoy dinning here. I wish they would have more vegan options as it's limited at the moment. The atmosphere is great and staff are always friendly. I'd definitely recommend.
We had dinner on a Friday night at Nico Taverna and had a wonderful experience. We got a bottle of wine and the charcuterie board for appetizer. It was well prepared and delicious! My husband got the short rib for dinner and I got the three cheese gnocchi. Both were outstanding. For dessert, my husband got cheesecake and I got a coffee. Service was excellent and the restaurant is very pretty and nicely decorated. We will absolutely be back!

Really nice atmosphere upon walking in. We were the only ones there for a while but eventually a few more tables got seated. Our waiter was friendly enough but service became slow once a few tables came in. It was a long wait between our apps and entrees. It look a long time to get another drink. The food was very good but it was all lukewarm when it arrived. The least impressive dish was the steak and it's the most expensive. It was rather chewy and fatty. All of the other dishes were great especially the 3 cheese gnocchi. Desserts were wonderful! I'd for sure go back for another special occasion.

Favourite place for special occasions. Go to order is their beef short rib, cooked to perfection every time. Nico Taverna never disappoints. Some favourites include their carbonara, gnocchi, veal, and squid ink pasta. Always a nice atmosphere, great service.

Atmosphere was quite nice. My wife and I were able to have a comfortable conversation without struggling to hear each other. The lights were dim but not to the point where you’re struggling to read your menu either.We ordered a couple cocktails and had the calamari as appetizer. Each of us really enjoyed our entrees and the server was so kind. She did an amazing job.

We had the wild mushroom gnocchi and the duck. And while both were excellent, the duck was spectacular! Very unique dish created by their new chef. ?
