It was my son’s first birthday today. We placed an order by visiting the store yesterday. They accepted the order and said will be ready after 11 am today. When we went to pickup the order, they said they dont have the cake. We even paid $20 in advance. Nobody made the cake and my son’s special day was spoiled. They offered another cake for no cost but it was my son’s first birthday. We wanted to make it special.

Nizam Pastry is truly a hidden gem in Windsor and without a doubt the best place for cakes and desserts. My personal favorite is both the Cheese and Cream Kunafa, and after living in Dubai for over 15 years, I can confidently say this is the most authentic Kunafa you’ll find here. The flavors are rich, the texture is perfect, and honestly, nothing can beat this place!
It’s become our go-to spot for every celebration as we buy all our birthday cakes from here, and they never disappoint. The variety of cakes and pastries is fantastic, always fresh and beautifully crafted. On top of that, the staff are warm and welcoming, making every visit a lovely experience.

I wanted to share a very disappointing experience I had at your location on August 5th. It was my son’s birthday, and while we did not plan to dine in, we stopped by briefly to take a quick photo with his cake. Unfortunately, the two ladies working the afternoon/night shift were visibly impatient and repeatedly told us they were closing and needed to clean, which made us feel very unwelcome.
I had intended to purchase drinks as well, but due to the uncomfortable atmosphere, I made an excuse and returned it back,,,,despite having just spent $72 on a cake. What was meant to be a small, joyful moment turned into a stressful and regrettable one.
I truly hope no other customer experiences this kind of treatment, especially during a celebration. I believe in supporting local businesses, but this situation left me extremely disappointed 😔

Absolutely incredible pastries !!! Service is amazing , lovely people. I come in 1-2x a month and get a bunch of stuff, my ultimate favourite is the dubi cake ! Ommmggg it has cheesecake in it too, super fresh! Never disappointed, this is how you get customer satisfaction and making me coming back for moreeeeee! Thank you I’ll see you soon

On Sunday, I went here and bought Dubai chocolate ice cream and it was so fresh, tasty, and sweet I loved it. The best part is I knew I was gonna love it is because the sweet girl I believe her name was fatimah was serving me, she let me have a sample before buying it. The costumer service here is absolutely amazing, the deserts are great and fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back!
