It was my son’s first birthday today. We placed an order by visiting the store yesterday. They accepted the order and said will be ready after 11 am today. When we went to pickup the order, they said they dont have the cake. We even paid $20 in advance. Nobody made the cake and my son’s special day was spoiled. They offered another cake for no cost but it was my son’s first birthday. We wanted to make it special.

Nizam Pastry is truly a hidden gem in Windsor and without a doubt the best place for cakes and desserts. My personal favorite is both the Cheese and Cream Kunafa, and after living in Dubai for over 15 years, I can confidently say this is the most authentic Kunafa you’ll find here. The flavors are rich, the texture is perfect, and honestly, nothing can beat this place!
It’s become our go-to spot for every celebration as we buy all our birthday cakes from here, and they never disappoint. The variety of cakes and pastries is fantastic, always fresh and beautifully crafted. On top of that, the staff are warm and welcoming, making every visit a lovely experience.
