I was hungry and wanted something vegan. I live in Detroit, but very close to the border so places in Windsor pop up when I Google. Nooch was the first vegan restaurant to pop up and it had great ratings. I decided to go based off ratings and the menu. It was just after 2 pm, and it was perfect they were opening at 3pm. I walked in around 3:30 and was immediately greeted by Keith. He was very friendly. He waited and bartended for me. I ordered the nachos and cajun chicken tacos and a margarita. Everything was delicious. I’d never had anything all vegan and so good. I’ll definitely be back. It’s worth crossing the border for. Before I left, Keith, who turns out is the owner, gave me a lemon cookie he’d made. I didn’t eat it until after I left, but it was absolutely delicious. I never mentioned it was my birthday, so the cookie was much appreciated.
Nooch is the best. Anytime we're in windsor we're going to nooch. Best vegan food in town.
This place is incredible! I think my favorite thing was the Notzerella Sticks. Specifically - the breading. I have never been a person who cared all that much about breading, but that's only because I had never had this breading before. It's SO GOOD. Perfectly crispy, perfectly seasoned, goes perfectly with the marinara sauce. I can't stop thinking about them. We also got the Caesar Bites, which were unlike anything I've ever had before. I guess the closest thing would be cauliflower wings? But these are way better. Even the best cauliflower wings can sometimes be a bit bland in the very middle, but these Bites are like all crunch and flavor all the time. The lemon slice that came with them seems like such a little thing, but it was the perfect addition. I bet the other flavors of bites are really good, too. I had the tofu tacos and I loved them. My husband got the philly cheese steak and said it was amazing. We don't live in the area, or we'd be in every day. But we can't wait to come back, and will plan our trip based on nooch's hours!

If you're vegan, you must try this place. If you're not vegan, you must try this place. We added Windsor as a pit stop on our drive from Pittsburgh to Detroit specifically to eat here and it did not disappoint. We arrived right as they opened and were seated immediately. Our server (I think the owner, as well?) gave us the run down on their menu, provided some suggestions, and chatted with us a bit about our hometown as well as Windsor. All of their meats and cheeses are made in-house. The menu has so many great options. We each had a Rose City Beer Works beer, which is brewed below the restaurant. We ordered lunch and some food to go for a late night snack. The Reuben was so much better than a normal Reuben; it had the right amount of peppery flavor, on-point thousand island dressing, and didn't leave me feeling greasy and nasty like real meat would have. I got poutine for my side and holy cow, again, I'm moving to Canada. My boyfriend got the Philly cheese steak, which he thoroughly enjoyed. We were easily convinced on dessert: carrot cake (generous portion, moist, and yummy!) and a chocolate chip cookie. Our to go order consisted of the noochwrap supreme (Taco Bell style), turkey Bacon club, and Caesar salad. These held up well for our late night post-concert snack. The club was very filling and stuffed full of meats and toppings. The salad was better than I expected. The noochwrap was not a huge portion like the other meals, but still very good. The interior decor was really cool and I also appreciated the silly artwork in the bathroom.
I wish my town had a vegan restaurant as dedicated and with such a great variety of quality options like this one, so I guess I'll just have to make more frequent trips to Canada until I make the move. 😜 Can't wait to go back!
Oh, and I also got a cute zip-up hoodie because I'm a sucker for merchandise.
Great food and service
Cass was so nice.

Everything is vegan and made in the restaurant. Everything is locally sourced including the kombucha and beers. All of the desserts are homemade! Everything tasted amazing, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and hip. I will come back!
Absolutely nothing to complain about !
Being a meat eater, wife is vegetarian, she suggested we give it a try…….
I’m glad I did, food was phenomenal !
Recommend —-the ‘bites’ to get started
Nice local beer and wine options
Patio was not open (weather)
Attentive service
Will definitely be coming back
My favourite restaurant! I've been frequenting Nooch since it opened. I live in London ON. I don't get to Windsor as often as I would like and always fit in a meal at Nooch! Bites are mandatory to start every meal! 🩷🐮💚🐷💛

Best Vegan Restaurant we've ever been too! The service provided by the owners was extremely helpful and informative in regards to their menu options. This was our 3rd time going there in one year. The portions of food was absolutely filling and so very healthy! It's a must try, reasonably priced and way of eating healthy and yummy food!! If you haven't been to this lovely restaurant, it's a must try! 👌
Amazing food and amazing atmosphere
Must try if in Windsor! The atmosphere is amazing inside. Must try the seitan bites (sweet BBQ was so good), Cajun chicken tacos & the steak wrap. The red velvet cake was a perfect dessert. Definitely will be returning every time I visit Windsor
Friendly staff. Great music, food made in-house, fresh and tasty!
My wife is vegetarian and I love burgers and bbq. That being said, Nooch has become my absolute favourite spot in the Windsor area.
The Tofu tacos and Bites with the lemon pepper and sweet bbq sauce rival ANY bbq place I’ve visited in the south. They’ve just got their own thing going and I can’t imagine anyone not loving what they offer.
