I visited Nooch for lunch with my family for brunch this afternoon. The service was excellent (Our waitress, Cass, gave recommendations and checked in with us regularly throughout the visit) and the food was really good. No one in our family is vegan, but we went in with open minds and good appetites and were not disappointed. We'll definitely be visiting again soon.
In Windsor for a conference and nearly missed coming here. Ruben was everything I wanted it to be - and it’s not easy to create your own seitan meats for the entire menu. Bites, cheesy noodles, Big Mocks - everything was top notch. I worry that rising ingredient costs and the time spent prepping ingredients will be too much for Team Nooch - hope locals and visitors alike continue to support this gem. Now that I know about I would easily cross the border and drive several hours....
I visited only for a short while in-between meals, yet it was glorious. Pristine atmosphere, delicious vegan recipes, and efficient and kind service. I got the buffalo fries, and they were hearty for a vegan appetizer. *chefs kiss*
