We ordered six plates of chicken on the rocks for takeout. When we got home we realized that the portions were not even at all, but worst of all the rice is not fully cooked and is hard. The food itself is fine, but the rice being undercooked is awful for a person who typically eats fluffy rice.

Shawarma day was a total mess, I made my order online so that I could pick up. I arrived after I received notification that my order was ready and I had to wait 50 minutes because they were so backed up. Why am I receiving notifications that my order is ready if it’s not. The people in line (that was out the door) were leaving faster than the people in the pick up line. Never again

I visit this location often for lunch. Staff is very helpful and patient. Food tastes great and they serve generous amounts. My favourite is the Chicken Shawarma on the rocks (rice) and the Chicken Shawarma poutine is tasty too :)
If you like Shawarma, I definitely would recommend this place!

Ordered falafel and was came very like a rock with charcoal flavored, seems liked rotten. Very poor quality. Not satisfied the taste compare to what I paid.

Tried 2 different things at the new Osmow's Shawarma… beef shawarma plate on rice and beef shawarma sandwich. Both are meh. 😑 The garlic sauce is sweet - it shouldn’t be, the beef doesn’t have much seasoning - it should, and the hummus (which you pay extra for) is not good - it should taste like proper hummus if you’re paying an extra $1.49 for it. Will we be back? Definitely no. Hard pass. This tastes almost like a fake shawarma like a very bad imitation which is incredibly disappointing. Oh well now we know. If you want good shawarmas IMO, go to Hamoudi's Shawarma or the ones downtown like Shawarma Palace. Way better food and taste.
