I was overcharged on my order (4 Falafel OzBox Specials Friday), and when I complained, they flat-out refused to give my money back. Try to offer canpops that i don't drink. Last week, they also gave me a Fattoush salad that was nothing but lettuce and two sad pieces of tomato.
This place is a scam, careless, and disrespectful to customers. Don’t waste your money here.

*Terrible* Experience at Osmow’s Shawarma
On August 29, I ordered four Falafel OzBox Daily Specials. Not only did they overcharge me, but when I pointed it out, they refused to return the extra money. That’s $67.76 wasted!
And this isn’t a one-time mistake. Just last week, I ordered a Fattoush salad and all I got was a only a pile of lettuce with two tiny pieces of tomato. Absolutely unacceptable and insulting to customers.
This place has zero accountability, poor service, and no respect for customers’ money. I will never order here again,
and I strongly warn others to stay away from Osmow’s Shawarma. Don’t waste your time or money.

Service ia little off as the recommended spicy level i not shown when it get orderd.If i say mild tge spice level should not much amd if i put no spicy i got red layer above the stick , its funny .

I can't even rate the food, I asked for mild and I got scorchin hot and I can barely taste the food, so yall gotta learn how to read and follow instructions.
One of the busiest restaurants, and for a good reason! I’ve been here many times and all of their dishes are always so good. Special shout-out to Naznin — she’s super friendly, has a great attitude towards customers, and always makes the experience better. I love when she’s making my order because if we ask for a little extra, she happily gives it without hesitation.
Definitely a must-visit spot!

-Students get students discounts on their meals down to $10( I got discount on my meal) -Customer service amazing they add extra toppings if requested -owner is super generous if you find him on the counter, You're super lucky!! - met the owner and confirmed all their food is 100% Halal

This place was used to be a go to for last 2 years since 2025 they cut down the student combo offer. Also the way they cook Shawrma has changed. They lost the taste. I hope owner will train their staff to be more professional and cook food like they used to. Change was not required.
