Horrible customer service. This used to be my favourite place to go. Obviously ownership has changed. I waited so long for my pizzas and the workers had no idea what they were doing. What a let down. Food still tasted good.

I’m extremely disappointed with the staff at the Walker Rd location and do not recommend ordering from here.
I placed an order for pizza at 5:15 PM and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at 6 PM, only to find that my pizza wasn’t ready or even made. The staff made four other pizzas while scrambling to find my order—and couldn’t. As I found my order that they kept moving back on the list, while they were making pizza. I was still charged full price, and when I finally received my family-sized pizza, it was shoved into a box that was too small and completely flipped over and not cooked through.
Terrible service, poor organization, and zero accountability.

Asked for my pizza to be well done and it was soggy. The wings were disgusting and slimy. I ordered the sauce on the side but it was a powder. Delivery man didn’t read at all to knock on my door and leave it there for me so he kept knocking and knocking and I was in the washroom. Never again! Second time in a few weeks and I thought it would be a different experience so I gave it a go. Tipped 30% before realizing it was ALL soggy.

THE pizza place in Windsor. As closely to Italy as you’re going to get. Love the pizza, the selection, the kind and thoughtful service, everything!
Fantastic lunch spot. 5 stars for sure. Custom 10 inch 2 topping pizza plus drunk for 12$ for lunch specials, and order of wings are 6$ for the month of July. Quality of ingredients and crust was fantastic, same with the wings. Exceeded my expectations by far. Can’t wait to come back.

Anyone with digestive issues, should try this pizza, loved it. I froze leftovers, then warmed in air fryer...like I bought it fresh. It was easy on my tummy and it tastes so delicious. I ordered 3 meats and mushrooms 🍄
