It's OK, for a quick bite. Good portions. Kinda dingey, needs an upgrade in appearance. Would recommend it for a family, with an appetite!

Wish I found this place sooner while living in Windsor!! The fish is extremely tasty. We have had the specialty cut, halibut dinner, and the haddock at different times. It’s decently priced for fish. Serving size is generous. It’s not oily or greasy, the fries are great! Same as the coleslaw. Amazing, thorough, and clear customer service is also rare in todays day and age.

I just went to dine in at Pat and hanks for the first time and first I just HAD to take a picture of the food before I dug in cause the presentation of my food was amazing! Everything looked so delicious and I was not disappointed! The fish was so good and there was so much that I couldn’t even finish it all but then I found out they had homemade rice pudding and of course I couldn’t pass that up!! It was a little pricey but well worth the cost! Thank you to the waitress Tammy for being so lovely and for the incredible food!! Will definitely be back soon!!

I was warned about Pat n Hanks but ordered and picked up anyway. I even tipped which I never do on pick up orders . Ordered 3 pieces of Halibut, very disappointed in the whole meal. Bland taste and 3 pieces were the size of Mcnuggets. I will never ever come back to this establishment. Wish I had taken a picture of my meal.

UPDATE January 6 2025 : 4 Years later: Went for dinner and the food was absolutely disgusting. We couldnt even eat it. I told the waitress my shrimp were burnt she came back and told me the cook said new ones would be the same because they are on a timer. It isnt the timer, its the disgusting grease , its old and needs to be changed . I must point out we were given a 50% discount , BUT doesnt take the taste out of my mouth. YUCK . Wont be returning .Was very disappointed in this meal . Everything was down sized . Coleslaw we got hardly none at all french fries hardly none . The shrimp basket was a joke . So sad as we frequent this place often . Will bot be back for a very long time . Same prices way less food

I recently visited Pat & Hank's , and unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to my expectations. We ordered five daily specials, one shrimp combo, and one calamari.
To start with the positives, the service was fast and efficient, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. However, the quality of the food left much to be desired. The fish in the daily specials was extremely disappointing—overly greasy, with a thick, unappetizing crust that lacked any distinct flavor. It felt heavy and unenjoyable, which was a letdown as I had been looking forward to trying it.
The shrimp and calamari were somewhat better but only "ok-ish." They were passable but didn’t stand out or compensate for the poor quality of the fish.

Been going here for 15 years but haven’t been since COVID. When I first walked in there was a horribly bad smell. And not a fish smell. It was like a dirty used oil smell or something but it was bad. Not sure how anyone could eat inside. Then the fish was kind of soggy on the inside and the fries had absolutely so flavour or salt on them. Very disappointed and probably won’t go back.
