Pat & Hank's Fish & Chips

Paid $75 for 2 fish and chip meals. 1 meal was a 1 piece, and I paid an EXTRA $20 for another tiny piece of fish. I ordered takeout. Didnt realize it would be $75 which was my fault, but when I get home and open up my meal, I see 2 tiny pieces of fish, a handful of soggy plain tasting fries, a soggy bun, and after them asking if I wanted any condiments and telling them I want tartar sauce, they still forget the tartar sauce. Im usually not one to complain, but for what this place is supposed to be, I wouldve ate much better just getting frozen fish sticks from the store and frying up some frozen fries. Not even an exaggeration. If your going to charge insane prices for such a simple meal, atleast make it good.

Amazing fish

Excellent food and selection. Kids enjoyed the classic menu. Clean oil used, very tasty. Service was great, Ella our waitress did a fantastic job as we had a large group with many kids.

I ordered food, i got tied up and made it there as they were closing , i had cash to pay. Didnt want change i had about a $60 order. This place would rather throw out the food that was made then to give it to me at 8 pm as there was workers still in the building
I told them i was getting off work and ill be there, i was suppose to be there at 7:55 latest. I made it at 8:03. They opened the door and said they cant hive me my order as i said i have cash
As we have starving homeless everywhere they threw all that food away. Ill never go back to this place again and i encourage everyone else also , during the pandemic all these places wanted us to support them. I hope they fold next pandemic!
Oat and hanks is a terrible business

the halibut was super yum, although it doesn’t come with much for the price. the pollock was also pretty good. the mussel were alright, i’ve had better mussels in my life but they still tasted good. customer service was excellent.

My most recent take out order was excellent. Fish and chips were just like we get in England. They are back to their high standards. Well done

Normally we just get take out and I always enjoy my halibut from Pat & Hanks. The Tuesday specials are great value. My son had the New Zealand Blue Cod and the portions were huge. The fries taste exactly like they did when I first started eating P&H back in the late 60’s South Windsor.

Just got our order from them and the fish is so mushy like the baked it halfway. We put it in the air fryer and thank god I had the time to look at everything else because the rolls were moldy. I'm sure eating mold while pregnant would not have been very good for me.

Chips were not cooked could have had them replaced but but did not ask them to do it just won't go there again

very disappointed in the portion size of the full halibut meal for the price. Everyone had to reorder hot fries which we received and one person had to request a soup spoon for the chowder. However, the company we were dining with was exceptional..sorry won't be back..

My opinion Pat and Hank's is a little more on the expensive side for halibut but my wife prefers it so that's where I purchased it. This was a take out but that being said, service was excellent from ordering to pickup.

We ordered the family dinner of cod. The fish was soggy the buns were stale and cole slaw was cabbage and mayo? Never again very disappointed with this place
