A hidden gem Breakfast and Lunch Spot. Not a lot of room and there can be a wait but the food is so worth is.
They are also very quick, sometimes so quick I wonder if they have psychic cooks.
So popular they opened a second location (Devolli's) but I find the original better.
Best omelettes in the city (fold over but you can ask for mixed) and everything else is fantastic as well. My daughter loves their crepes and my wife swears by their burgers.

Paul’s is the staple for breakfast in windsor , from my own experience food is not quite the same as the previous original owners but still really solid.
Great little spot to go for breakfast! The service is always friendly and attentive, and the food comes out quickly. The portions are generous, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid breakfast place.
