Had Kobab Kobideh and was good with average Persian Kobab and the second time had Sultani Kobab which supposedly be tenderloin chunks but I was disappointed with the hardness of the tenderloin chunks and was happy d to chew and that was a big disappointment with the price of it of two skewers one Kobab kobeideh and one chunk meat for $28 which is really pricy!
Place is average and parking is on the street
Persian Food with excellent quality!
The friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the best Persian food in Windsor
Always delicious food and perfect customer service!
Very good food. Actually the best
I had the pleasure of dining here with my persian friends. I have eaten chullu kebab before, but when I ate it here it was just MIND BLOWING. The meat was so soft and rice had this aroma. Overall it was a really good experience. I really enjoyed it, and will go there again.
We had the pleasure of enjoying fresh and flavorful classic Persian kebabs here, along with the delightful Zeitoon Parvardeh. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend this spot!
Overall good for that area and space, owner is nice , he’s working by himself as cook, cashier, and everything else. Chicken kebob cooked very well and delicious but koobideh wasn’t good. Koobideh needs to be improved. Rice wasn’t good as i expected too but was okay. In general was a good experience for us to drive from USA to Canada and go back . I would recommend it for a try.
High quality food and top notch service.

The first time I visited the Persian Kebab Restaurant, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Mr. Makmran. He was very friendly and took the time to show me the menu. On my next visit, I ordered the Koobideh Kebab with rice. The food was unforgettable, of very high quality, and reminiscent of traditional food in Iran. The kebab and rice, flavored with real saffron, were excellent.
This experience made me eager to eat there every day. Now, I find myself ordering from there daily. On Mondays, I get Ghorme Sabzi, on Tuesdays, it’s Gheyme with rice, and on Wednesdays, I order the Koobideh Kebab with rice. Then, I switch between chicken with rice and Zereshk Polo with rice for the rest of the week. The food is not only delicious and fresh but also very affordable.
I can’t stop eating there every day. This restaurant is excellent.
