Had horrible service, I had to call into the restaurant for a glass of water. They didn’t come around to see if we needed anything.

I watched them clean a table off and while they were cleaning a table they placed all the dirty utensils, glasses, and dishes onto another table.

I’ve been coming here for a few years, service has really gone down hill. We were ignored during our most recent visit. I had to call the store just to order 2 glasses of water.

The food is really good, the atmosphere needs some work. There’s Christmas decorations, Easter decoration, Pokémon, and a beach mural painted on the wall. It just doesn’t make sense. The music is very loud, to the point where it’s hard to hear the person across from you.

The waitresses need to wear shoes that fit, and put their hair up. I shouldn’t be served food with hair falling in front of it.

I’m not an expert on this type of food, but the broth had no flavor just hot. Service too seemed a little miss organized and slow.
Price was little high for the portions.

Awesome broth, very generous portions, great taste. Worth the visit, #201 is my go to.

Absolutely love this restaurant. The staff is so friendly, we always feel welcomed. The pho is amazing, generous portion and great broth. Also love the vegetarian choices. One of the best places in Windsor.

Best Vietnamese food in the city

Very rude and racist employees I didn’t get good service I had to get my own menu and I had to ask them to get my order they were very mean.

Asked food no Onion but come with it. Trying to pick the onion infront of me. I request a new order. The stuff bring the food to kitchen and bring back the same bowl. Asuming I dont know that is the same one😡😡😡.Pay the bill without eating the food. If you have allergy dont come，they dont care. Dont take risk of your life.

Pho and spring rolls was really especially the crispy one. But Pad Thai was horrible to be honest. Need to change 😢

We ordered 4 dishes and all of them were no taste and any flavor we left all plates full of food , because we couldn’t even eat them , we ask for sauces and says they don’t have it ,we won’t come back .

Stopped by for lunch today and was extremely impressed with the food. The servers were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the portions were generous—especially for the price. Highly recommend!

I have tried my items on their menu and they never disappoint me.
Great food and friendly staff. The environment is nice.
I would recommend that you try it.
