You're almost finished with your food, so I can only give you tax free.”We were very angry, and she even told us to go home and read more because she thought we lacked education. We also saw her rolling her eyes when she turned around! It's the first time we've had this kind of experience, and we won't be coming back!

I found a bug in my food while eating at this restaurant. I called the boss over, but he had a very bad attitude. He didn't even say sorry and even made personal and verbal attacks on the customer. It's a very bad restaurant.
I come here weekly to dine in, but for the first time I gotten take out and I haven't been more disappointed in customer service in my lifeTo start we order the house pho with extra broth. Both broths lids were not on right and the owner response was "its the customer fault". I sent her the photo of how the lids were, she changed her response to "I will have a meeting with staff and take tax off your next meal". On top of this, they premix the meat with the broth instead of most place having it on the side, losing most our broth already.And by the time it gets here, the meat is super tough and chilling in Luke warm half full broth. The reason why I got take out was because I'm sick, I dont want to get even more sick with Luke warm meat. If you like your soft raw meat, expect tough chewy beef from it being in the broth for so longI spoke to Annie hoping she would do more than just give 13% considering I dine in all the time and have always been a loyal customer, but seeing how they rather profit on a poor service... speaks a lot about the place. I highly recommend the other windsor pho places around, even go down the street to pho ngyugen or Saigon, who will make up for the poor packaging.I appreciate the tax off, but I paid quite a bit for so little, 13% is my smallest worry. I return to places who take pride in their service, food quality and their loyal customers. and looking at previous comments, seems to be a common problem with their customer service

Definitely my favourite restaurant in the city. Our regular spot for my mom and I ❤️ Delicious food, generous portion sizes, and surprisingly good prices. The service is fast and the servers are very friendly. Super accommodating for dietary requests and exclusions. The music played in the restaurant is nice too :) Will be back again soon! ?

Kinda new to Windsor area.One restaurant crossed off my list.Very mediocre food.All servers are teenagers with no experience and anyone to guide them.Ordered dish took a bite, was awful. Returned to kitchen and still got charged for it. I didn't eat the meal but got charged for it.Wouldn't pass in courtroom with Judge Judy.

Good quality food, elevated flavours, and location just off the Ambassitor Bridge. Perfect after long road trip.
This was my first visit here. The service was quick, and my pho was delivered to the table in only a couple of minutes. I had the special pho. Good amount of meat and noodles. The broth was flavourful and rich. My only complaint is the sauce selection. They only had some off brand Sriracha sauce which had an odd flavor, and wasn't very spicy. If there was some chili garlic paste or some chili vinegar it would definitely of spiced this up. I still give it 5 stars because the core pho soup was good.

So kind and the food is excellent! I'm hard to order for and the vegitarian menu was clearly marked which was awesome!( I usually have to search for what dishes I can eat)
